Professional and persistent to ensure completion
From day one, we were clearly instructed through email and documents on the portal what was required and it was simple enough to upload via the portal app. Sean was prompt, persistent and professional throughout the process, and undertook his duties and role with diligence and with an eye for detail to ensure everything was being provided and obtained as required. Where there were delays in the process, Sean continued to chase on our behalf and no query or issue was a problem for him with quick responses and clarity provided. Aside from delays out of Sean’s hands, the process was smooth and stress free in terms of his involvement and role to ensure we completed the house sale! We can’t thank Sean enough and would definitely recommend the services to others seeking to complete a house sale!! Thanks again Sean- we are enjoying being settled in our new home.

Very responsive and helpful team
My husband and I are very happy with our experience with PLS Solicitors. The online portal made it easy for us to keep track of so many documents, including the ones we needed to sign. It was very organised. Many thanks to Clare Labno (under Alex Spragg's team) who very patiently facilitated communications with us and helped us get some legal documents we requested, which helped us make informed decisions about the property we were buying.
