They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Bought 4 gerbils
Bought 4 gerbils. Two for my grandson - and the other two for myself! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The animals appealing. Everything needed to fit out a cage for them was there in the one place.

I was overcharged at the till by £15…
I was overcharged at the till by £15 the assistant was apologetic but it shouldn’t have happened as I only had 2 items . Then I had to wait 4 days for the money to go back into my bank not good at all .
