They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Delivery delays with no updates
We use a specific brand of food that can only be ordered online, and each time the order is significantly delayed. It has never been delivered by the estimated delivery time, and they don't provide any updates or a realistic delivery date. Extremely frustrating! When it does eventually arrive, the products themselves are fine.
