Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️
I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents
Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you

i have used pets at home for many years. with the modern chat line it is easy to sort out problems. today it was the none arrival of part of my order. the chat assistant mobeen m was very helpful and all is now sorted.

I am giving a 5 star review for Leoni P in customer service however for the packaging and delivery it would be 1 maybe 2 stars. My delivery was 3 box’s of 12 tins of dog food it came in an extremely large cardboard box that appeared to have a whole role of sellotape holding it together. When we opened the outer packaging every box that contained the tins was in pieces with the tins spilling out everywhere. Thankfully all the tins were in tact and undamaged but storage is now more challenging as we can’t put the packaging back together. Delivery courier was Evri

Running low on food as Evri lost my order again and impossible to get to speak to anyone. Contacted Sophie at customer service pets at home and she made my day by arranging next day delivery on a replacement order and added a voucher to my account. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again 😊

A damaged item arrived, so I contacted the chat and initially chatted to Evie - I tried to attach a photo of the damaged item but this didn’t go through so Evie sent an email for me to attach the photo but we seemed to lose the chat. I logged on again and got chatting to Jane C who quickly sorted me a replacement with next day delivery! Thank to both Evie and Jane C. This method of communication is very straightforward with quick results.

Nimran S sorted out my problem brilliantly! The bot told me I couldn't cancel my order, only refuse delivery and then wait for a refund, but Nimran cancelled it and issued my refund in a matter of a few minutes. Without going in to a long story - I had ended up ordering two of the same product from different places so I was seriously out of pocket. Now I will be solvent again in 3-5 days (I hope!!).
