They don’t look after their animals right

Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

I just had a live chat with Frankie w I'm disabled and struggle with mobility I received a delivery of around or over 60 cans of dog food the cans where so badly damaged and repacked by evri I told Frankie I want a refund and explained I can't take photos of every single can as she had requested I do 🤣🤣🤣 she asked for a video the files to big? So I said okay let's be fair you can come collect the whole order I get a refund no still not good enough for Frankie w ..... worst customer service ever the cans have litterly been stepped on and smashed in half also poor Frankie can't seem to be able to send a basic email wich she was ment to get the poor girl some training aye

Disappointment from a lost order and refund expected

I was disappointed to not receive my delivery at all, having been delivered to a different address and was untraceable. I emailed P@H explaining the situation and was told by email I would receive a refund. After more than a week. I have now received an apology and asked if I would like a replacement delivery - I would certainly not. I would prefer a refund so I may arrange click and collect orders in future. I just can't trust evri deliveries any more. I await the refund.

My online order went missing with Evri, happy ending

My online order went missing with Evri. Contacted Customer Care on the chatline and chatted with a lovely person (Jane S) who was very apologetic. We cancelled the original order and set up a replacement order for me collect from my local Pets at Home store. 5 star sevice from Pets at Home, 0 Stars for Evri
