Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️
I think it’s so fun because you have pet workshops and your animals are so cute I ❤️ animals especially hamsters and other rodents
Because everything is so well set out at the Wigan store and the staff are really helpful and pleasant when they see you

It’s always a pleasure visiting your Dunfermline store … it’s got a lovely cheerful atmosphere… The staff are helpful knowledgeable and always seem really pleased to see you… I really like it there ..

I saw an assistant when I came into the store he greeted me and I explained I had a vet appointment but after that I would need help to move a large bag of cat litter from their store to my car he said no problem . However when I returned after my vets appointment he wasn't there . Another assistant had taken his place who wasn't as helpful to start with I asked if I could have the cat litter and I needed a scoop as well . He pointed which direction the scoop would be ,he could see I was struggling with a cat in a carrier and a handbag and wasn't walking normally. I had a long wait while he called a colleague who got the catlitter but I didn't get the scoop . Eventually she asked him to carry the cat litter to my car which he did

I was initially greeted by a bot but got directed very quickly to Claire. She obviously read what I had written and moved quickly to a resolution I was happy with. The only issue was attaching photographic evidence which could only be done one at a time and I had to wait for Claire to resend link between each one. The latter made the interaction time consuming
