Jill, was very experienced and had great knowledge of the cruises and also the island where we want to stay and looking forward to planning the further part of our holiday with her as hotels and flights are not around yet and looking forward to sailing with Explora journeys which we have now booked a cruise on as before talking with Jill I knew nothing on this cruise line. I have been cruising for over 30 years and will definitely use Panache for booking future cruises.

The patience, care and attention shown by Finlay Harrison whilst fulfilling our requests and reservation with AmaWaterways was most appreciated especially as my travelling companion who is nearly 80 years old worries about using technology. Finlay responds promptly to requests, has made himself familiar with our needs, budget and preferences. Nothing is too much trouble and colleagues who have answered the telephone in Finlay’s absence are equally as helpful. I would certainly recommend Panache and will look forward to booking further cruises through them based on this our first experience. We are now looking forward to our cruise aboard the AmaLea. Felt I was possibly an awkward customer as had a problem with dates offered , however Nicola could not have been more helpful . She was knowledgeable about the cruises and was very very understanding
