Pacifica engineer Andy Smith 6472…

Pacifica engineer Andy Smith 6472 arrived on time. Identified and fixed the issue with my Range cooker quickly exposing what he was doing at every step. The cooker had another issue that I could not fit onto the D&G portal, Andy checked the oven and found a problem with a sensor that he was able to resolve. Very satisfied with with Andy’s visit.

Treated as a job, not a customer

Really bad experience with Pacifica. I needed my AEG microwave oven investigated for repair. Firstly, I was unable to book online as the payment screen was not working. I had an appointment booked for Friday the 5th of September. I had a email confirmation and text message with a link to track your engineer which I thought was good. On the morning of the visit, the engineer contacted me to say he had van issues and was not able to attend but could attend Monday. Not ideal, but these things happen so booked him in for Monday. Engineer arrived on the Monday and diagnosed the issue and said he would return once the part had arrived. Tracking in the customer portal I was able to see the part had arrived and he was tentatively booked in for Friday the 12th. Again the morning of Friday the 12th arrived expecting the engineer to come and resolve the issue however another text message stating they were not able to attend this time with no reason (Friday theme). Engineer offered that he could come Sunday the 14th again not ideal but wanting to get the situation resolved and having paid my fee upfront was keen to get the oven repaired. Provided a three hour time slot for Sunday afternoon. This time no contact from the engineer and despite attempting to contact him, I’ve been unable to speak to him. The office is closed on the weekend and therefore I’ve left them back and seeking an independent engineer who hopefully will be a bit more professional than this outfit.

Excellent customer service provided by Luke Palmer who on arrival explained in detail what the issue was and how his intervention would resolve the problem. This was carried out very quickly and with the minimum of fuss, and once completed everything was left clean and tidy. Thank you Luke.

First Class Service

Would just like to say what a first class service we’ve received on the repair of a fault on our tumble dryer . The updates we had regarding date and time of engineers arrival were spot on. Mike D4094 did an excellent job, he even answered some of my questions regarding the appliance.

Nathan 4231

I have to say I was impressed with Nathan. He was very good at spotting the issue within a minute and gave me some crucial tips in the process, so 5 + stars to him. The reason I gave a 4 is because when I contacted the company to arrange an earlier appointment they never replied. On top of this they never phoned to agree for a date in the first place, they just sent a text.
