Ben was courteous professional and an asset to your company. 10 out of 10. Not tried the tumble dryer yet....hope it performs OK on the days I need it to work! One thing for sure is that I will not utilise it when I'm out of the property. I am concerned about this product massively.

I want to thank Stephanie Henderson from Very’s customer service team for her amazing support. After struggling last week with three different representatives (and even having my call drop due to poor connection), I was starting to lose hope about resolving my broken blender claim. Stephanie turned everything around — she was friendly, efficient, and handled my claim in just five minutes. What had felt like such a frustrating process instantly became smooth and stress-free thanks to her professionalism and understanding. Outstanding Service from John Tilley

Outstanding Service from John Tilley – Highly Recommended! I recently had an issue with my Hisense washer dryer and was lucky enough to have John Tilley (3934) from Pacifica assigned to the job. From start to finish, John was absolutely fantastic. He arrived right on time, was incredibly professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he was also kind and approachable, taking the time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it. The problem was resolved quickly and thoroughly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. It’s not every day you come across someone so reliable and skilled—John is a credit to Pacifica, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs. Five stars all the way!

Spoke with a real kind customer service person

Despite being unable to extend my warranty online for 2 years as they excluded the dishwasher, I was able to successfully phone and discuss with Morgan Smith (who was super helpful, kind & very professional) a satisfactory service outcome where I was able to get 5 appliances covered for £28.01 pm on an ongoing monthly basis until the products are 10 years old. This was an excellent compromise & the paperwork was immediate. Thank you Morgan Smith, a credit to Pacifica

A very thorough and polite engineer.

Dario is a very thorough engineer who is also polite and went through what he did to the oven to complete the repair. He also cleaned up the local area after he had completed the work. A really good experience and we now have a working oven again.

Weeks of Failed Visits, Now Out of Pocket and Without Appliance

I paid Pacifica £159 for a quoted repair of my washer dryer, which was still usable (just a glitchy screen). After multiple failed engineer visits over more than six weeks — with incorrect parts and delays — the machine was left completely unusable. I made it clear I did not want more visits, yet appointments continued to be booked against my wishes. I had no choice but to buy a new washer dryer at my own expense. Despite this, Pacifica only offered a partial refund under their terms, which is not acceptable given the service left me worse off than before. I have now escalated the matter through my credit card provider under Section 75 and will pursue a claim in the Small Claims Court if necessary. In my experience: wasted time, repeated failures, and no fair resolution. I would strongly caution others before using Pacifica.

Very pleasant engineer but not a good outcome, so far at least.

Doug 3187 arrived in good time and set about trying to resolve the issue. For various reasons he was unable to do so and in fact discovered another 2 issues. As it stands now we have had one meal in one month out of an oven that cost £1100.00. He left saying he would request an uplift as there are obviously multiple problems with the cooker. I tried ringing Currys to discuss the issue but because it's now out of the arbitrary 30 day period the phone system put me through to Pacifica. I went through the whole problem and was told I also needed to contact Currys. This of course is impossible on the phone, due to it putting me through to Pacifica, so I drove 10 miles to Currys in Barnstaple, where I was advised that I must wait for an uplift number from Pacifica which I then have to drive-again-to Barnstaple with to arrange a replacement. Fortunately the colleague I spoke to in Barnstaple gave me an email I can use to advise her of the uplift number. I am not overly impressed with this at all. I am also not happy that the "30 days" starts on the date of purchase, not on the day I received the goods which was 13 days later. Basically the first 13 days of my warranty period were used up without me even having the goods. Not acceptable. Currys really need to get their act together.

Repair booked via AEG/Electrolux one…

Repair booked via AEG/Electrolux one week before. Text message received the night before to confirm times (7:42-10:42am). Text message received at 9am to say "thanks for re-scheduling". Spoke to the engineer (Shaun) who told me he only had 4 jobs today and is wasn't "worth his time" coming out so he had cancelled the job.
