Really would not recommend using this car finance company they do not look after there customers or honour the consumer act even tho the dealership have in email said there was a fault with a car and not rejecting it I am fighting this all the way asked to speak to a manger that was over a week ago they are not a good company when it comes to complaints only looking to keep you in the contract you have sign with them so this how it went Got a on 13/05/2025 used car from these dell boy dealers took over a week for the car to be ready problem with the air con then when car was ready within the first day yellow warning light come on rear light took it down next next got fix but the very next day come back on air con only work on full blast not 1-2-3 only full blast driving home red warning light come on engine over heating had to pull up on safe place and leave it with the gage on red engine smelling rang them they told me to drive it down to them for what the engine to blow on me the dell boy dealers told me it was all down to a blown fuse they had the car from 27/05/2025 are refusing to have it back even tho under the consumer act had it less then 2 weeks now they are telling me they was damage to front bumper and dogs hair in the car even tho he test drove 20 miles how donโt I know they didnโt do it poor poor poor I will fight this all the way and seek legal advice dell boy dealers only had that car for 2 weeks and had to Wait one week for the car so really only 7 days will be contacting the Ombudsman

I bought a car through Oodle finance in April 2025. It developed a serious transmission fault within days and has been undrivable ever since. I reported the issue immediately, paid for my own diagnostic, and gave both the dealer and Oodle every opportunity to resolve it. The car was eventually collected and taken to Wales, but over seven weeks since the car company knew the car was undrivable, and five weeks since I contacted Oodle, I still donโt know if itโs being repaired or rejected โ or when, or even if, Iโll get it back. Iโve had polite words and verbal sympathy on the phone, but behind the scenes there seems to be no urgency, accountability, or compassion. Oodle have seemed more focused on quoting legal timeframes than actually chasing the dealer or resolving the problem. Meanwhile, Iโve been left without a car a month and a half, trying to work, look after a poorly child, and support my elderly mother, with no support and no end in sight. I was also told I may have been tricked into โsigned away my rightโ to have the car returned, despite being extremely clear that I expect the car to be returned to me as my consumer rights. I was given just 10 minutesโ notice before collection, told that this is the only way the issue would be resolved, no written explanation, and no time to consider what I was being asked to sign. If thatโs now being used to avoid returning the car, it feels like at best a deliberate attempt to delay and deflect rather than resolve, and at worse it is illegal. I cannot explain how upsetting this has been. I am completely lost without a vehicle. I still have nothing to show for the last month and a half of chasing but anxiety and more waiting. Iโm now preparing to take this to the Financial Ombudsman and legal action under Section 75 if itโs not resolved immediately. I would still prefer Oodle to take responsibility and do the right thing โ but this has been deeply unfair and exhausting.

This was a good experience, I haven't applied for or obtained finance now for a long time, all in all the experience was fluid. However, I did not take up the finance offer on this occasion
