To be able to communicate with mentors for support easy to follow instructions and navigate through lessons not having deadlines making it easier to study with out pressure
So far I'm really enjoying the course, at first I was confused on how to navigate the student lounge and how to access my course however the support team are really good! they provide clear instructions on the problem you're having and are very quick to respond back. I've only completed one of my units so far but have thought they provided a lot of necessary information. Because it is an online course its your own job to interact with the information that's provided to fully understand it. Feedback I'd say that could improve the program is by putting a quiz with like 5 questions after each topic talked about in the slides so we are fully understanding the information.
There are so many different courses to choose from, and so far my Photoshop and Illustrator course has been fantastic. The mentors are really helpful and friendly too! Love OCA would recommend
