I enjoyed my Teachers Aide course, it was easy to access each section and I got my certificates asap when I finished and submitted each section.

So far so good. Company has been easy to use and super friendly customer service team. Love being able to study and pay for the course at my own pace!! Definitely highly recommend.

Upon completion of first micro credential, I was asked for additional funds even though I'm on a payment plan. So I called up OCA phone number and a robot answered asked what I needed I said I want to cancel the robot said he had two options 1 I can do it by a cancellation form or 2 I can be put forward to a lady which turned out to be another robot I was told a person would call me back in 24 to 48 hours I received a call back a day later by a lady who said I need to fill out a cancellation form. 😬

Have just commenced the course and enjoying it so far. Very easy to follow and understand. Very good value for money.

The structure of the courses is very basic for beginners and although I was very educated on a lot of the subjects as part of my passion, OCE made it very clear to offer any support and other offers for other courses

I was very fortunate to have touched base with Erin on Monday, 19/5/25. a very pleasant girl and interested in my goals and that I also have an upcoming orientation for the RSPCA to volunteer at their Sydney shelter. She also was very helpful with tips and what I would be expected to find at the shelter. I have only started on the course, but I am finding it a much more relaxed experience than attending TAFE. Hopefully, this will be a pathway into a rewarding career. Thanks Erin. looking forward to speaking with you again.

I have found studying without time limits works best for me. The course mentors have been very supportive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend OCA to others.

I’m currently towards the end of my course and it’s been amazing! I love that it’s self paced I hate being pressured and restricted to a time frame. I highly recommend OCA if you’re wanting to change your career or even if you just want to expand your knowledge. I also love that you can do payment plans!

The course structure is terrible.....not what I expected or what was advertised at all.....I requested a cancellation (which took forever)...they wanted my ID to cancel my course (didn't need one to sign up, super dodgy)....now they won't refund my money..... following quote from their email " Because your payments to date haven’t exceeded the $50 cancellation fee, no refund is due on your previous enrolment." I made 2 payments which they refuse to refund ** Response to reply ** Incorrect.....I was ignored...I cancelled well within the 7 day period...but again, I was ignored.....previously you said you had no $50 cancellation fee (yes I have proof, screen shot your response), now you're saying there is a cancellation fee....love the inconsistency....I'll be going to the ombudsman & reporting you to the ACCC

My learning journey so far has become a passion as I am currently studying the Aged Care micro credential's course. I am learning new skill sets, as this course provides an understanding of the support role in aged care. Having Miranda as my mentor through her ongoing support, encouragement and guidance has made this experience inspiring.
