I enrolled into Cert III Animal Care 2 weeks ago, the money was taken immediately yet my login email was never received I actually received nothing. I emailed the administrator who enrolled me who did reply but a follow up phone call would have been expected. Since then I still never received the email yet after countless emails and calls that only go to an AI operator - if you are transferred goes to a voice mail and no call back. $3,000 down and still without a course (be aware)

I am very dissatisfied with the service. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them, as all calls are answered by AI rather than a real person. They delayed resolving my concerns until the cooling-off period had passed, leaving me unable to cancel and still required to pay. The social media and marketing course was not worth the amount charged, and when I requested to cancel, I was instead told they would change my course content—yet I was never even given proper access. Despite repeatedly asking for a call back and clarification on the cancellation procedure, no one ever followed up.

I love that this course gives you insight into what criminology is all about. I love that the information is in video form so you can listen to it while taking notes. The course is very interesting and informative!

I'm really happy I choose to study online with OCA. The course materials are incredibly comprehensive and practical, and the support term is always quick to respond. Its been a true blessing to learn from OCA about the Mental Health issues our society faces. This awareness, along with early intervention from families, caregivers and community will undoubtedly help reduce the pressure on our institutions I just finished the Adolescents Mental Health course and I can't wait to start the next ones.
