I have just about signed up for the dog grooming course and now I'm concerned after reading some of the reviews reg it & other things such as hard to get in contact with anyone , got no certificate end of course, the course contents had minimal " dog grooming actual units " Feel uncertain now and would like some non computer generated reviews pls 😉

I can’t recommend OCA highly enough. Their team is exceptional! Whenever I had a question or needed help they responded quickly and seemed that they genuinely cared. Fake pitches to entice you. Once you’ve completed your course, you should be excited to venture off, however find yourself stressed with the lack of communication. Initially, they’ll call, email or whatever they need to do to get you onboard. Nolan Ramage (Student Coordinator) gets your details, verifies and asks where certificates would be posted to upon completion. Finished the course, Courtney Crowe (Head of Success) then tells you, there’s no certificate being mailed out. So here’s me backtracking conversations and emails, where Courtney confirms that Nolan was mistaken and he has been corrected. To make it up, they’ll send me one. 2 months later from my initial follow up, Courtney says it was mailed, and still nothing. Follow up email sent again and again, nothing. Great way of enticing and correcting errors Courtney! Full of disappointment! Even getting on a call or waiting for a phone call, NEVER happens. Would not recommend! Don’t waste your time if you want fake promises and lack of communication!

Do not give your email or phone details to this company. I only did this to get the information pack for a course and was then bombarded by text messages (one at 1059pm) and emails each day. I unsubscribed to the text messages yet they just kept coming. No reply to my annoyed email whatsoever. Have reported them to ACMA. would never do a course through this lot they have no understanding of harassment

currently doing the veterinary assistant and animal welfare course and am loving it!! Am learning so much sometimes i think i am taking in more then i realise! That its so flexible, and can just take my time with it so that the stuff really sinks in rather then having to rush through it is a huge benefit, as well with the tests that you have unlimited tries means you can do it again if you get one wrong. I had looked around before settling with this course as well cause i wanted to start studying working with animals after a career switch and to find this course which is super easy to understand and not break the bank with paying for the course, and the people i spoke to have been beyond helpful in finding the right course for me as well the only thing that can be annoying in the slides is sometimes some of the words are pushed together that you can see letters overlapping each other. Not sure if it's due to being on my mac or if it was the way the slides were exported and uploaded. Its only a minor thing as its not too difficult to figure out the words but it would be great if that was fixed to making the reading a lot easier

Absolutely love the flexibility of my Veterinary assistant and Welfare course. Can do it whenever I want and wherever I want. The course is well put together with really insightful information. Definitely good information to know about my own animals and how to help them if they’re ever in distress.

I decided to do a graphic design course with this provider and I am glad I did. I was not sure I would like it being video content as I'm used to doing courses with a lot of reading. But in the end I really enjoyed it and loved seeing what the graphic design tools could actually do! All round a great experience and I feel more confident when designing things in my business.

I am absolutely LOVING doing this veterinary assistants course and the flexibility to study when you can has been super helpful for me as I suffer chronic back pain so I can do it at my own pace that works around that too! Didn’t realise how much knowledge I already had. My fur baby Roxy I’m not sure if she loves it as much as whenever I learn something interesting I look at her and think about how to apply some things and she gives me this look like don’t even think about it! LoL 😂 Going back to study in my mid 30’s was one of the best decisions I made and at least when I can go back to work part time I can do something I love!

Amazing course, I loved the fact that I could study from home and had access to an industry mentor the whole time. I studied Criminology and Social Media as these were two areas id always been interested in. The student support was great and the material was so interesting, its really sparked something in me. Thoroughly disappointed with the communication and ethics of this business. I applied to what I believed to be a diploma level course and found out it's not even a Cert level course. I've contacted them about withdrawal, due to financial stress, in part due to the suicide of one of my kids. I also won't be using the cert as I don't qualify for the position I was chasing either. So not a word from a business that operates completely online with material that I can get directly from YouTube. Things for letting my other children suffer due to your unethical business model!
