The course was quite comprehensive, very helpful to acquire knowledge, with set tasks after every topic,thanks to the support team for their help and guidance, overall nice experience to be with oca.

What made my experience great, it was easy for me to navigate the e-learning system and follow through with the instructions.

Everything in the course was explained in detail, I felt confident in my knowledge after going through all the documents and videos and as I was doing the quizzes and assessments. Being able to download all the course materials is really great so they are there ro be accessed at any time. The student support was easily reachable and always answered all of my questions and enquiries.

OCA is fantastic, so easy to navigate and a great experience. I will definitely be doing more courses through you!!

My experience with Online Courses Australia was very good, from signing up on-line, affordable payment and reduced fee via afterpay! The team communicate straight away and make you feel welcomed with their prompt and friendly customer service. The student portal was so easy to navigate, well laid out and user-friendly. Course content very informative and loved the self paced learning style, which allowed me to work around other daily commitments. Really enjoyed my experience and adding to my skills and knowledge. Will definitely be looking for further learning opportunities with OCA!

I have had the most reliable and fast help whenever i needed. Tje modules were easy to understand and quizes were quite easy to take too. It was not complicated at all to study online.

I am doing a bundle course and so far the system has been very easy to navigate to complete my courses. There is help always available and quick replies.

The support and customer service has been fantastic so far. The subjects are easy to follow and course material is professional, very interesting and easy to understand. The quizzes are a fun way to check what you have learned. I really like to study in my own pace when it suits me.

Was great could do ot all on my phone and when ever I wanted to. The app was a bit clunky but nothing too bad. I did find it hard to navigate to contact my mentor. Warning hidden fee! There is around 16.6% surcharge if you do weekly payment that's through 'Debit Success'. I did not get any obvious info that there was a surcharge.

I am very passionate about animals and never progressed with making this a career until I talked to Matthew an adviser from AOC. Each module gives you great details into the course you are studying. I am gaining more insight and knowledge about animals than just general knowledge. With my daily life I am happy that the timeline to this course is not restricted and can complete the modules at my own pace. There is always support when needed and a very quick response rate. Definitely will be continuing down the career path I am so passionate in.

Quick to help, great to communicate with

I signed up wanting to do an online course, to later gain full time employment. I've tried to cancel my subscription because I wont be able to do the course. For the last 3 weeks these guys have continued to take money from my account even after I've contacted them, with the price of living this isn't on and I wouldn't recommend anyone signing up because they'll bleed you dry even without doing a course🤣

My experience with OCA was amazing the amount of information available. Easy to use the portal and find everything you need. The mentors are amazing and supportive I absolutely love the course I am doing and the videos and books are so helpful.

I had a problem my mentor solved it for me giving me the advice I needed so I could understand and continue on with my study it was all hand very quickly

The course was very, very informative. Your confidence level builds up. The recording is also helpful because sometimes you just want to listen not read. This course prepares you for your job.
