I recently purchased my 6th carpet from Online Carpets. On each occasion, I have been delighted with the quality of carpets I've received, the excellent value for money, the service and delivery. My house is now fully carpeted and the best decision I made was to order the carpets from Online Carpets.

Regular customer here , I’ve never been disappointed with absolutely anything. Most recent purchase was laminate floor , underlay and beading . Our living room looks absolutely wonderful im so pleased with what I chose . They dispatched it quickly , the gent who answered the phone when I had a question about how many square meters I’d need was incredibly helpful & polite & even the delivery drivers are great too . I’ll continue to use this company & I’d definitely recommend it to others .
Excellent choice, value, communication and delivery. Had a problem with wrong item delivered and it was sorted ad replaced quickly. I love my new flooring.

The carpet was well priced and delivery was quick. However, I was advised pre delivery to roll out the carpet pre fitting to check for any marks. That's impossible when the carpet is sold in 4m widths and just being fitted to a small room. I think all carpet purchased should be checked for faults pre delivery. My carpet fitter completely agreed. The only other thing was the delivery driver slammed the carpet against my porch window when trying to reach out for my doorbell with his other hand and the corner of my upvc window sill snapped off. Fortunately, I was able to super glue it back on.

Good product and communication. Delivery cost a little steep compared to the value of the order I think. Product was available to order but was out of stock so otherwise would have been a five star rating.
