Got this kit for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! Was able to message via instagram dms for any questions I had with a pretty quick response! Only thing I would say is that the delivery was much slower than I expected but I think that was an issue with customs as I’m currently living In New Zealand!
Highly reccomend - Very good value for money. I have bought 2 Mystery Football shirts from this company and been very impressed with what I got. Very good value for money. I got a Bayern Munich home shirt and a Bayer Leverkusen GK shirt. I will buy from these again.
Ordered three kits as gifts for family. The sizing of the adult kit did not match the size guide on the website so I sent it back. A month later and no replacement kit received, emails not being responded to and no option to escalate. Appalling service.
I recently ordered 2 mystery kits from them and after 2 weeks I have still not received my order, I’ve emailed them in regards to this and still haven’t got a reply back. It’s frustrating as I’ve now lost £90 because of them.

I had already sent an email on the 26th July! I have had no response! I ordered 7 kits, 3XL and 4L. We requested bundesliga teams and received random teams from around the world? I don’t understand where I went wrong and how this happened! I gave it to my mates as a big occasion and we were extremely let down!
Such a wonderful idea for football fans! I buy these now for both of my nephews and they love the mystery of what club they may get. The fact that you can add in teams you wish to avoid is a brilliant idea so you can ensure you do not receive the same. Wanted to check something with my order and customer service was in touch the next day. Can't fault the service
i asked for no premier league and got a premier league team, and when i sent it back for my free re pick of the kit (which you have to pay both ways of delivery anyway) they got spiteful and sent me - knowing i was a man, and that i wanted either an italian, spanish, french, or german league kit - a kit from an under 12 girls grassroots team in tennessee thats not even in a league

Ordered a top for a birthday present in June, the package went missing and despite me contacting Mystery kits numerous times I get no response. Don’t bother with them their customer service is non existent.
Scam company don't not trust. To make it short they have taken money off me then wanted more to send the right size shirt after their mistake then I haven't heard anything from them
My experience with Mystery Kits is absolute disaster. Placed order and paid for it on 12th of June. After three weeks my package was not even shipped, so I've decided to contact the store via e-mail. Received two answers, with promise of resolving whole situation until 7th of July. This promise was not kept and since than I can't even receive any answer from the store - my last e-mail and message via Messenger was left without any response. Currently, I'm trying to get my money back with a help of my bank. Literally, worst experience of online shopping since I've started doing this years ago.
Top quality! We Ordered 5 shirts, 4 out of the five shirts were really varied and unique whilst one was really plain and basic. The unique packaging and shirt description sheet was a nice touch. I would recommend them as a service on the whole. But I wouldn’t pay extra for faster delivery as we paid for 2 - 5 day delivery and the shirts arrived 12 days later.
Never received the order. They were ignoring my emails asking for a replacement or refund. Had to get a refund through PayPal in the end. Ignore them at all costs
Ordered April 2024 and still waiting! Was told “I can confirm that your order has already been processed and shipped out by our team, but it was slightly delayed due to stock limitations/availability but this has already been resolved by our fulfillment team.” Their response to what’s really happening doesn’t make sense… I asked for an update and still waiting to hear back… Hrmmm is Mystery Kits a scam?
