Mystery Kits

I have placed multiple orders from this company and every time the kit is high quality, prompt and looks amazing.

I am still waiting for an order placed on 10 September that hasn't arrived. I have sent several messages but received no response. I did get an email asking me to rate the product though. Very disappointed. Still waiting nearly 3 months later, still no replies to any messages.

First time I used them I didn't have a problem, kit was sent out, loved it. A few months on, decided to give it another go, was sent the same kit I was sent before. Contacted their customer services, actually had a reply unlike everyone else on here. Told me to send it back and another will be sent out, so I sent it back. Now I'm completely being ghosted, they have the kit back confirmed by royal mail and I'm £45 in the whole with nothing to show for it. I won't give up but my advice is buy somewhere else.

Do not order from this company. Like many others have already said, they don't send out your order and then ignore all your messages. Robbing thieves

Received a fake Cameroon kit was cheep rubbish and when looking at pictures online the sponsors are different and have ordered from here before and was happy but now I definitely won’t be a returning customer unless they sort this out

Delivery never arrived. Tried contacting them through email and social media but no reply. Top was for a work colleagues birthday Prezzie.

Money charged, never delivered, no tracking number, not answering on "mysterykitshelp" Had to cancel via credit company. feel scammed.

Nearly 3 weeks since item ordered. No top, horrific customer service and no clue. We have loved buying from this company over the last years. There was an issue with a previous order but we let that go. In this instance I have been told the order was attempted to be delivered when it wasn't and no mention of this in tracking and it is taking days for every query to be answered. Please avoid now at all costs. Sad as we loved the products we received but this is turning into a scam operation.

The kits are always good quality and the kids love the unusual tops that come through the door.

I thought I would give it a go, placed my order & and took delivery unexpectedly quickly. The shirt is great. I will definitely order again

Never received order and poor customer care …. Emailed numerous times only one response

Not opened it it’s a birthday present

Mystery Kits took my money, did not fulfil my order and refused to refund my money. I have filled a dispute with the Credit Card company.

Awful company, do not use. Say they are sending extra tops out if you order this weekend, but not surprisingly nothing extra arrived. Have e-mailed their customer service 3 times so far but no response.

Do not use this company. I ordered the kits, but they were the wrong size. I returned them as requested, and had an email to confirm the kits had been received. But now they are ignoring me and won’t refund my money. I have lost £70. I have emailed multiple times but no one replies.

Got 2 mystery shirts both good quality not fake shirts and quick delivery!
