Mystery Kits

Have ordered from these guys before and everything was great. Ordered again in June and still have not received the shirts. I have heard back from them twice and then nothing - said that they are definitely on the way but could be held up at customs. Tracking number has been allocated but that says they are still waiting to receive the parcel. I would just appreciate an answer, have tried to contact on Social Media and E-mail still nothing not even an acknowledgement.

Bought twice of mystery kits. 1st time was all good. 2nd time there was a problem. Arranged to have the jersey exchanged. Returned the jersey. Never received replacement and company stopped replying to emails. It appears that they will send a first order perfect but any subsequent orders you will be scammed

Delivery took forever so was late for a birthday in the end. Son opened it and was pleased with the team but the top is definitely fake (looks like a Turkey ripoff), material is see through, no tag, logos are printed on when they should be embossed/embroidered. Emailed them but no response, can’t return either. Son won’t wear. A complete waste of money. The social media ads and reviews are nonsense. Stay away.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Purchased 5 kits after our first order was successful. Now after 7 weeks our order has not arrived and no one responds to emails directly or on social media. These scammers need to be shut down as they are still marketing online!

Complete Scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Can’t believe I didn’t check here before ordering but just like everyone else has pointed out already, DO NOT BUY from these crooks! No contact number. No response to all of my emails. Item never delivered. I’ve sent them emails and now legal letters using citizens advice. I’m not going to stop until I’ve got my money back. These scammers ignored the wrong person! To anyone else struggling, you can get their business details from “Companies House”, just go to gov uk website / companies house section and search Mystery Kits and you’ll find the company director and registered address which is where my legal letters are being sent to.

I ordered a shirt on October 28. It was supposed to arrive in 15 days, but didn't. I have messages the support endless amount of times, but received no reply. They sent the shirt eventually though and I received it December 2. It's a really nice 22/23 Bayern kit! Just wish the customer support was better.

I would recommend not ordering from this company and going elsewhere my parcel was supposed to be with me by no later today I emailed and messaged mystery kits on Instagram and no reply, £40 wasted if I don't get it. Not good enough. Won't be ordering again.

Do not use this company, the customer service is non existent. I was sent a duplicate shirt for my son's birthday, when I raised this issue they asked me to pay to return the shirt and then pay for a replacement shirt to be delivered. When I questioned this as it was their error sending a duplicate shirt they started to ignore my emails. I have sent several emails and I have not received a response. Happy to take your money but will not take responsibility for their error.

Item was failed to deliver by postal service which said I had to contact Mystery Kits for a replacement. After refusing to respond to any emails re the delivery services, they have refused to issue a replacement or to reply to any emails. Your suspicion levels about this lot should be heightened by the fact there is no contact telephone number. A clearly crooked bunch, definitely avoid using (there are alternatives) - have complained to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman, advise everyone else failed by this lot to do the same.

Non existent customer service. Ordered on 4th of october, no order confirmation, no response on email and social media.

AVOID AVOID AVOID The worst customer service I have ever come across. I purchased a kit and it was the wrong size by around 4 YEARS to small. So I then returned the kit at my expense. I had to then pay again for for them to send my second out ( 3 postage costs ). When the second kit arrived it was exactly the same size.... to small..... I have emailed over 10 times with no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a shirt on 10/12/24, as of 10/24/24 I have not been able to get an update on shipping. The tracking info doesn't update and I have emailed multiple times and even tried FB and Instagram and still no reply.

Very unhappy with the quality of my garment, in all honesty it looks like a knock off, no labels and the badge looks like it was cut out with scissors. Have sent multiple emails and tried to contact on social media over the last few weeks and have not had a reply.

Never received my order. Purchased end of August 2024. Customer service in non existent with no replied to emails or messenger.

My son never received his order of 180 gbp. He has contacted them numerous times with no response. Customer service is horrendous. Will definitely not order from here again. Order at your own peril.

Terrible. Would never buy from here again.

Easy to order, have option to say what you are looking for. Updated on delivery, if son is happy with his surprise will definitely order more

Complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM MYSTERY KITS!!! As it’s a mystery WHERE MY ORDER IS!, when you email them they don’t respond.
