Mystery Kits

Ordered from these guy 10+ times and am yet to be disappointed! Love them!

There was an issue with delivery, I could see in the delivery updates the parcel had been damaged. I contacted mystery kits 3 times to get information, but received no response. When the kit arrived it had been placed inside a new bag, the original bag was ripped and the box was in terrible condition, ripped open, definitely not in any condition that I can gift it to my nephew for his birthday. Again I emailed mystery kits with pictures, for a solution and again I’ve had no response.

Shirt received to small and in my option of poor quality asked for refund Approximiyly 20days ago and still waiting for reply if this company One of the worst customer services that I have ever had misfortune of dealing or on my case been ignored by

I have brought this shirt for a surprise for my son….very well packed lovely top but as it’s for a gift don’t know the team as I asked for a none league top and got what I wanted…… defiantly recommend and will buy again thank you will have to see what my son thinks on the day…. merry Christmas

Order didn’t arrive. No customer service at all.

I requested a return before shipment and never got my package but also my money was not refunded. Please refund my payment.

Had an email that said order today and get a free shirt. Placed the order but free shirt did not arrive with it. Emailed company but no reply.

Order earlier on the year and everything was fine two brilliant shirts. So my son asked for another two for his birthday so without hesitation I ordered another two and unfortunately they haven't arrived. I've emailed and emailed to no avail so I've now had to open a claim with my bank to try and get my money back and my son is two presents down I can't afford to replace.

Quick easy and quality

Do not use this company. There customer service is shocking. I ordered 2 x mystery kit aged 14 - 15. 1 of them wouldnt even fit a 12 year old. I asked for a replacement and they said if I post it back with proof of postage then they would send a replacement. It has been over 3 weeks no response after I posted the top back. I had a very disappointed 14 year old on his birthday. Kills the surprise and fun of the mystery kit when. Do not use there is plenty of other mystery kit websites.

Good communication, great concept - always enjoy opening the box!

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Took payment for a product that I didn’t even confirm, using the shop pay feature to get my card details. I was just browsing and getting an idea of sizes etc then boom your order is confirmed. I emailed them straight away like seconds later to let them know and numerous times after and still no response. Completely ignoring me. Now have a shirt in the incorrect size and wasn’t even able to give teams to avoid etc as funnily enough I wasn’t ready to place an order when they fraudulently took my money. Had to file a claim with my bank seeing as they are completely ignoring me.

Took my money and never sent the three kits I ordered. Didn't respond to any of my emails so I've now raised a dispute through PayPal. Shocking company.....AVOID

I’ve ordered from Mystery Shirts several times a year for the past 3/4 years with no problems whatsoever. After ordering 2 shirts on 15/11 I then found myself worrying about the order after seeing some of the recent reviews on here. I needn’t have worried as 2 shirts arrived today 20/11 & I look forward to gifting them to my nephews.

I asked for the more unusual the better and you delivered! I had never even heard of this team befor, but the strip is fantastic. Quick delivery and no hassle from my side. Would use again.

Ordered in September, never received my order nor a response to one of my emails or shoutouts on social media. Stay away!
