Lucky you Joe, you either work for them or you’re lucky to have recieved your top! We have ordered from Mystery Kits 6 times before always fantastic could not fault it but ordered for my nephew on 7/2 and to this day still no kit, of course money was taken straight away. We have emailed 7 times and messaged on Facebook and nothing. We have reported on Facebook I hope they look into it and I hope trust pilot look into it, this company needs to either send the goods or refund its customers. We have lost £40 and my nephew has no birthday present. From a company I would have once highly recommended, I now say stay away and order from someone else.

The shirts and the idea behind it was fantastic. But the customer service is really poor. One shirt I ordered, the box was badly damaged and so could see the shirt quite easily. I've messaged countless times about this but heard absolutely nothing. The shirts I ordered my sons were really fun, but too small. guess different brands come up in different sizes. Anyway, I sent them back to exchange for a size bigger (at my own cost) but haven't heard anything from Mystery kits. Have emailed so many times - they still have my money but I don't have any shirts! Again great product and idea but truly awful service. I wouldn't usually post a negative review but it might be the only way they pat attention and do something!

I ordered a top from this company it was to small so they told me to send it back with proof of delivery. I emailed them proof of delivery and I have no reply I have emailed them 3 more times with no reply from them this company is a fraud avoid at all costs

Ordered over 2 weeks ago, chased up via email, WhatsApp and Instagram. No update. Received email to say did I enjoy the shirt. 5 year old is gutted, his present for doing good at school. Shambles

Where to start with this diabolical company.ordered my grandson a Christmas present size 11-12 shirt came would not fit 6-7 year old .got in touch to change the shirt they got back no problem just send it back with proof of purchase and postage so did all this then not a word sent 4-5 emails no reply so not only been coned out of the shirt but also lost the £38 it cost to start with bet the address is a scam as well 😡

If I could give no stars I would. Complete scam, sent me a shirt that didn’t meet my specifications. Confirmed I would get an exchange then have ignored my emails since 1st December. Won’t let you submit a less than 4star review on the website. Avoid

Please avoid. Said they would replace two shirts. Sent them back and they confirmed that received them and are now not answering emails. They are avoiding all contact. You might as well throw your money down the toilet. AVOID ! AVOID ! AVOID !

A once decent company has clearly fallen on hard times. Like most reviews late 2024 onwards, order placed, confirmed and even got a tracking number.... But nothing. Hopefully they do the right thing and shut down fully to stop people making purchases and pocketing the money. Shame, bunch of cowboy ****s

Ordered two shirts on Jan 30th for my son’s birthday. 2 weeks later I have not received my 2 shirts. I have had one email reply to say they will look at it. Raised a dispute as I paid £75. Really poor service. Something has changed as they use to be reliable I would avoid purchasing through them.

Do I not buy from this disgrace of a company have not received my 2 shirts have not been provided a tracking number and no reply to seven emails! Even tried to contact through facebook but still no reply

AWFUL! AVOID! I purchased a shirt for my nephew for Christmas, they sent me shirt of a team from India who I had never heard of. I returned the shirt and asked for an exchange and it took them nearly 2 months to send a new one with no reply to my multiple emails. Avoid!!!

Terrible service. Asked to exchange a kit as we and grandparents were sent the same one when we ordered for our son for Christmas. We were told it was OK but that we would need to return the kit, re-order another and then they would refund. They had the kit back the first week of January and still no refund. I'm even willing to take another shirt instead at this point but they are just completely ignoring all attempts to chase the refund they owe me. I thought this was bad luck as they've always been great in the past but reading other reviews it seems to be standand practice for them to rip people off. Will never buy from them again and will be warning everyone I know about their dodgy behaviour.

The kit I ordered in October was the wrong size so I sent an email. I was advised to send it back and they would reimburse me. Since then I have heard nothing, despite several emails, messages on Instagram, nothing at all. So I have no shirt, no refund, I’m £40 down and my sons’s friend doesn’t have a present. Shocking service, would avoid at all costs.

I ordered a shirt from Mystery Kits on 27th December 2024 for my grandson’s birthday 7th January 2025. When the shirt had not arrived by 10th January I emailed Mystery Kits for an update on my order. I had not had any response from Mystery Kits by 28th January so I emailed them again once again asking for an update and they did have the curtesy to reply this time with the following “Hello, We hope this email finds you well. * Can you please provide us an image of your order confirmation email? * Please confirm the full shipping address. We'll pass your order information to our courier immediately so they can further investigate this matter and we can assist you with this issue moving forward. Thank you, Liam” I supplied them with the information that they requested the same day. It is the 8th February and I still haven’t had any response from them since 28th January. I have just been on their website and it says exactly the same as it did on 27th December, “Ready to ship Tracked Express Delivery [2-5 Days]” When you click on the tracking number it takes you through to Evri which again says the same as it did on 27th December “We're expecting it We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it” I really am disappointed with Mystery Kits and their after sales service it seriously needs looking at, to not even have the curiosity respond to emails is absolutely shocking, and I certainly will never recommend or use them again, be very careful if you plan on buying from them. I have now contacted my card provider and they have taken up my complaint. I have given the one star only because I couldn’t write a review unless I clicked on it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought a top for my sons’s Xmas and received an Indian top that was meant to be a large but was really a small compared to SPL/EPL sizes. Was told to return it. They confirmed receipt and then didn’t send a new top or my money back and are ignoring all emails.Having read other reviews this is not a one off and a deliberate dishonest tactic!

Ordered a shirt not recieved, customer service not replying!! Awful do not use this company!! Had no problems in the past so I trusted them!! Never again !!

Like other reviews this company has seemingly given up. I appreciate it’s meant to be random shirt but they are picking some of the worse and pointless shirts from nothing leagues. Nothing exciting opening up and not having a clue who the team is and the country they are in. The most plain and boring shirt they have sent.

Do not buy from this company. Shocking customer service. They refused me a refund for an item I did not want to keep which is not permitted under ‘distance selling’ rules then agreed to it on email when I pointed this out, then never refunded me, chased several times and just ignored my requests. Am reporting to trading standards. 1000% would not recommend. Need to now source a refund via my credit card company and the onerous task of having to present them with all the evidence in email trail.

Really poor customer service. I have contacted them 6 times about an issue with the order (received the same shirt son received last time) and I am not getting a single reply. This is appalling customer service and we'll never use them again. We just want to return for a refund, he hasn't even taken it out of the wrapping!!
