Please do not use this company they should be struck off… I ordered a Christmas present in December, the men’s medium was smaller than my young son’s kids football shirt and was nowhere near comparable to the size guide advertised. I returned the item in January and have not had the replacement larger size even though I had to cover the cost of postage to return the wrong size shirt and the postage to send out a larger shirt. It’s now the end of March, my nephew has had no Christmas present, I have no shirt and am massively out of pocket.. Mystery Kits do not make any contact, they ignore all emails and website contact.. through reading recent reviews they seem to have done this to large numbers of people.. my advice is do not touch this company and report them if this has happened to you.

Mystery Kits had always been great (bought numerous tops in the past including in December and January), but something seems to have gone dramatically wrong with their delivery process this month. We ordered a kit well over a week ago, but there is still no sign of it coming (it’s with Evri supposedly but no details of when we are getting it), so we’ve had to get an alternative present. Nearly £40 for a kid’s shirt is a lot of money, but the reliability, ease and speed of ordering and excitement over what you got did make it worth it. They have now lost this as a USP. We’ll be using another of the alternatives (many of whom are cheaper and hopefully quicker) next time. Update: It’s now the 28th March and still no kit or date for delivery given. They do keep spamming me with new offers however I would not trust them again with my money.

Have used these before. I have even sorted a return with them without much bother despite a follow up email. I ordered a shirt for my sons birthday today on the 28th Feb, after 2 weeks I emailed to ask about progress (shipping note had been sent to Evri then nothing further). No return email, then an email to review the shirt on the 10th March… 1 star review slating the service… still no communication. I raised a dispute with my bank and obtained the refund. No help from the company itself!! It’s not the way to do business, communication is key!! I order a shirt every Christmas and birthday for my 3 sons, won’t be using this company any longer!

Awful company to deal with. If the shirt fits then great but if it doesn’t then trying to get an exchange or refund is impossible. The shirt received was short on the body, so asked for an exchange. They agreed and e-mails did get answered but not very often. Once they received my shirt back the e-mails stopped and they had no intention of refunding me or sending a new shirt. Had to go through the bank in the end to get a refund. I WOULD NOT recommend.

Having contacted the company to arrange a a replacement shirt due to incorrect sizing, Mystery Kits replied and agreed promptly asking for the kit to be returned with proof of postage. The kit was returned but no replacement was issued. I sent numerous emails asking firstly for a replacement shirt, then when the company ignored my emails I requested a full refund. The shirt was ordered on 2/12/24 and returned on 27/12/25. To date they have ignored all correspondence from me. I used Paypal for the transaction (£41.98) and attempted to resolve the dispute through their resolution centre and copied all emails sent to the company. Sadly, and with no explanation, Paypal 'closed the case in the seller's favour'. My advice is do not buy from this company.

I never received my mystery kit even after multiple emails to the company. I also never received my money back. Don’t trust this company.

No problems with delivery. Size was great.

Rubbish company, no morals, no values, would do anything to take your money and supply you with something that is not fit for purpose and you want to return. Whatever happens, your shirt will not fit, you ask for a return/replacement and they happily accept, once they supply address details to return to, all communications stop...basically...if you sent the shirt back expecting a replacement you get nothing...no shirt, no money. What a business model - DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES.

DO NOT buy from this company. Waiting 3 months for a replacement shirt for my 12 year old son, who asks every day-Dad where is my shirt? Rude and arrogant, their first communication to me was that they didn't do replacements!! Unreal, terrible customer service. I have only just today instructed my solicitor to email them a legal letter, ridiculous, who operates like this??

We loved this company….however we had a shirt that was too small ordered prior to Xmas and it’s still not sorted….not good

Unfortunately I ordered a size too small but Mystery Kits sorted my replacement quickly. I was patient throughout. The other reviews say more about the reviewer if anything!

Ordered 5 kits and got a confirmation of order..... then nothing. Then you send 8 emails across 2 months.... then nothing. You go through the shopify app and nothing... then your order disappears. They send you sales emails..... but not the product.... You contact your bank and force the refund... the end. These guys are frauds.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful customer service, ignoring all emails. Been waiting for replacement shirt since Christmas.

Do not use this company. They used to be reliable but will no longer honour your purchase or returns. I have now paid postage 3 times for my purchase (once to buy, once to return and once to get them to send me a replacement). After 2 months i still do not have a replacement. They are very chatty until they get your money then clam up and never reply to your emails requesting updates. Do not use this company.

I recently had a frustrating experience waiting for a refund that took an astonishing two months. I initiated the refund process and was promised a quick resolution, but weeks went by without any updates. I tried reaching out multiple times for clarification, but my inquiries were met with silence. The lack of communication was incredibly disappointing and made me feel like my concerns were not being taken seriously. After such a long wait, I expected better customer service and timely responses. I hope this review helps others be cautious before purchasing. This issue still hasn’t been sorted.

I ordered a shirt on 9th February 2025 for my grandson they took my money and advised it had been sent to courier. Spoke to courier has not received it. Written 5 emails and no response want to cancel and get refund. Very very disappointed.

Joe's review seven days ago is so far from the truth it's not funny. I have MULTIPLE email's that still are not replied too. And I can prove this. Avoid this company at all costs. You will lose your money. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Scam scam scam...do not order from here. Placed an order on 7th Feb and it's yet to arrive. No response from email enquiry, absolute scam save your money!

Hi Joe, I assume you work for the company who continue to ignore me. Trust me, my complaint is genuine. Never had a problem before with them but it appears there is a pattern since Christmas. This company ignore you on every possible platform. They even ignore emails sent to the contact email address on PayPal. They continued to send junk emails to me with their latest offers. I replied to one of those to ask where my order/refund was and now those junk emails have stopped too. No one should order from this company.

I am one of the many people who have returned shirts and had the company ignore me rather than refund or replace the items. I would have lost £70 but thankfully my bank covered me as I had many many emails showing the correspondence. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. It has taken me 5 and a half months to get my money back.
