I talked to their director, and he lied me too, the shirts will be there in 7-10 working days or they will start a full refund, it has been now 20 days, and nothing, also he doesn't reply anymore. They took 500 euros from me, and they don't respond, and they don't send the shirts. I asked them at least 10 times to just refund me, I don't need the shirts now, but nothing... So very simply - scammers.

I would give zero stars if i could. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, completely non existent. They have also tried to have my review removed but it has been reinstated after sharing purchase information with trust pilot. Avoid at all costs

Still waiting on my refund 2 weeks later, and they’re ignoring messages and emails. Please don’t bother with them. The shirt we received was subpar. I saw a photo of a Dortmund shirt another person received and it was totally different to our one.

Easy to use, option to rule out some nations and leagues. Received a superb Italy kit which my son loved. I was almost as excited for the reveal as he was.

I would prefer it if it was club strips only rather than international ones

You would think that you would get a actual jersey. And not some promotional shirt
