I emailed asking about an exchange and they "Sophie" responded quickly on how to do so. I have sent my shirt back and it has now been weeks and I have had no response. I would happily take this review down if you can send me a strip. I have paid for this and got nothing.

Shirt arrived, and after one wash (hadn’t even been worn and washed at correct temp) the stitching all came undone. My husband and my mum have repeatedly tried to contact the company but have been completely ignored. Terrible product and even worse customer service.

Ordered my shirt more than a month ago and haven’t received any orders. The order tracking system claims the order “departed from the sorting hub” in London, while UPU tracking says it was originated in Sweden and is still “on route” with no more tracking information. Same thing is happening with 5 other friends who also placed their orders a few days apart. We tried contacting them and the only response was the same tracking link with no information. Terrible service (possibly a scam), would not recommend.
