Appalling company.
Appalling company. Evri lost my parcel and admitted total fault, advising me to contact the seller, so I requested a replacement from the company with no reply for weeks. I then submitted a chargeback claim from my credit card provider and they shared my email correspondence as part of their supporting evidence! They also claimed I was making up multiple different stories which is absolutely laughable. I would have been more than happy with a replacement (the cost for which they could have claimed from Evri) but the way this company treats customers is appalling and I would avoid at all costs. EDIT: In response to your claims the courier provided proof of delivery - they claimed there was an issue accessing the property, then proceeded to provide a picture of a residential house, when the delivery location is an easily accessible serviced office. Evri admitted total fault for losing it and I have already sent both the tracking number and all correspondence with Evri to you, which was completely ignored. So your claims of subsequent contact with me are false and a further waste of my time.
