Mystery Kits

My son asked for this as a birthday gift. He listed the teams/countries he didn’t want on the order form. We received the shirt within the time specified and he was really happy with it. It’s good quality fit well.

The process was simply and straightforward. Item was delivered within 2 days so all happy with that. Only problem I had was its the second time of using them and I received a kit from the Indian premier league on my first time and then I get another kit from the Indian premier league on the second time. I know its mystery kits for a reason but to get 2 kits from the same league is disappointing.

I received a slim fit XXL jersey that fits like XL. Jersey is very snug. I put on my notes that I did NOT want a Man. Utd. Jersey. Why would make you think I'd want an Aston Villa jersey? I felt like I received a surplus jersey that nobody wants.

I love being able to learn more about different teams and places around the world and gives you a little start up into that that.

Fantastic kit, great service and one chuffed kiddo!

Do not buy from this company. You will see happy people from the reviews when there are no issues, but as soon as there are the customer service is appalling. Received a kit for Xmas that was damaged so contacted them on Boxing Day, and then again around a week later and never got a reply. When I finally got hold of someone they said they had never received an email despite proof I sent both. Sent the kit back on 21st January and they received it on 23rd January but two weeks later I had to chase them so they could check they had it back! Apparently sent out another kit which has never been received and I haven’t heard from them about another kit being sent out. There are no proactive emails to check I have to chase every time. Sent an email on Tuesday and five days later still no response. It is now 3rd March and I first raised this on 26th December and I still have no item and haven’t had a refund. Disgusting customer service, do not buy from them. ******I am now 5 days on and they have ignored further emails. They are no longer responding but are withholding my money!******

I Like Mystery Kits, and have purchased a few. I would normally give 5 stars. BUT, they let me down and I am very disappointed. I have just received my latest shirt from you - Bibiani Gold Stars away kit. Thank you, amazing ! But, upset and disappointed as was expecting the Toronto 23/24 3rd kit as well, based on my applying this week as per your advert. The advert stated that it was going out with "this weeks orders" which is why I applied for a mystery kit this week. I paid for the shirt, received the mystery shirt, yes, good, BUT no Toronto 23/24 3rd kit as prescribed. Plus I emailed Mystery Kits about this, but have had no response.
