This is the third time we have used Mystery Kits and my son just loves the surprise each time, even when its a team he has never heard of. Quality service

Think it is an expensive gimmick- which is aimed at kids

Avoid this firm. I have requested a refund for a shirt that was too small for my son’s birthday present. I bought another shirt due to time constraints. I have not had a refund for the first shirt (or a replacement). This seems to me to be dishonest. I’ve asked for my email to be escalated to their complaint manager but have been ignored.

Habe vor einem Monat bestellt und bis heute wurde noch nichts geliefert. Ich habe zwar eine E-mail bekommen das es geliefert wurde aber das stimmpt nicht. Nach dieser E-mail habe ich mehrmals versucht den Support zu erreichn doch leider keine Antwort.

At the time of writing, my son has still not received his shirts. Has been 43 days since ordering 3 shirts. Communication is awful. Eventually got responses to mails, but only after Paypal intervention. And now, gone silent again. No telephone number or company details on their website - which is usually a bad sign and so far has proved to be. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy from them. We sent a shirt back due to being the wrong size. They kindly offered an exchange this was back In May and still nothing and they have gone radio silent. We used to buy alot from them. No customer service

Great shirt and quick delivery!

The shirt was good quality, but the customer services was very slow and the communication was a little poor. Although we got to the point; it was and has been a stretched out process. Still waiting for an exchange in the shirt and we had to pay to send the shirt back and then for the exchange to be sent to us. About £8 in total. A little bit frustrating and disappointing.

Fast delivery, had it in my hands within 5 working days. Requested their most obscure kit, no big European leagues and was sent Thimphu City in Bhutan. Absolutely stunning kit, and exactly as obscure as I wanted!

Avoid this site they do not reply on e-mails. Got my shirt and ended up to pay custom fee of the shirt!!
