Mystery Kits

Do not ever use this company. They only have the same strip and send it out. They don't have a phone number as the owner is a coward. Every other mystery strips company are legitimate. This company is a scam. Hope they go bust

Worst company I have ever used. Kits ordered one month ago, 0 help 0 information. No kits.

Item never received have tried contacting several times received one email asking for confirmation of my order then nothing I wouldn’t bother

After writing a poor review of mystery kits. (They sent the wrong size). I was contacted the next day and my issue regarding the wrong size kit has been dealt with. Although the mistake was there's I still have to pay the shipping costs. I will update the review further once the shirt arrives.

I ordered 6 kits for my son's friend for christmas presents. Never got the kits, never got reply from them and had to claim refund from the credit card company. The credit card company got fake confirmation that someone at our home had received the shipment. Absolute joke and scam!

Item too small, slow to come back to me. After three chases they acknowledged they would process a change of shirt but then have ignored all subsequent emails since. Avoid

This has to be the biggest scam company there is. 9’of us ordered from here for a poker night we do once a month… 5 of us got exactly the same kit! Some moody Moroccan team nobody has heard of! Never again! Piss takers

`We let our customers do the talking` quote from their company description. Well, with a 2.4 rating (only propped up by surely fake reviews) you better believe it. or should that be writing - as talking is not possible... ...Try and call them for help. oh yeah, there is no phone number at all. dont expect a reply to your email either. All i can suggest is to go to Trading Standards and you can ask them to get involved on your behalf. This is the sole Director of this terrible shameful business. Ordered three kits and specified not uk but European. First kit I open was from Thailand. I emailed them telling them their mistake, to rectify they expect me to post wring kit back at my expense and then pay for new kit to be posted again at my expense. Sorry but if you make the mistake it’s on you not me to pay to put it right. Now they don’t respond to any emails - would not use again

Just saw this on the BBC The one show. Lots of people unhappy with this site. Some have waited a year without success for a refund. Lots of goods arriving damaged. With shocking customer care. I won't be using this site.

Have an ongoing dispute for around 7 months now. Ordered a 14-15 child's size back in November 2024. MysteryKits sent a size 12 children's. They agreed this could be sent back, which was done by me and acknowledged as received on their side. Now, some 7 months later, they have stopped all contact, no longer respond to emails, and haven't sent a replacement or reimbursed the funds we are out of pocket for. Absolute scam and a waste of a Christmas present. Clearly some kind of corrupt, underhand tactics to pocket the money and essentially steal. Crazy that companies in the industry aren't more heavily regulated.

I asked for no kits from the UK and ended up getting a Glasgow Rangers kit and also an Aston Villa kit, customer support is none existent.

Ordered a kids shirt. Took a month to arrive... Returned and paid for a new one to be sent. They were helpfull at first but now, they aren't answering any emails. DO NOT ORDER from this business.

I don't know how this company continues to trade! Ordered almost a month ago now. Delivery was estimated 2-5 days and no sign of any of the 3 shirts I ordered amounting to £118. No response to emails and no update from the tracking reference

Ordered the item paying nearly 40pounds including about 6pounds postage stating 3 to 5 day tracked delivery. No sign of item being dispatched and no response from customer services apart from on one occasion when I queried if this was a scam. They asked for my order details and then another string of no responses despite chasing multiple times and no parcel. Eventually after a month of this I told them I was going to report them and that I wanted a refund. A refund wasn't issued but had a response stating they had suddenly found my parcel and there was a delay on the couriers side. I emailed back again reiterating I wanted a refund and emailed multiple times since with no response. When the parcel arrived it was dated around the time that the email had been sent staying that they had found it... still unable to get a response for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs

AVOID!!! unfortunately I listened to my mother in law, without reading the reviews!! This has to be the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a kit for my nieces Birthday which was on 4th March, I specifically specified who to AVOID! And yes I got a team I’d asked to avoid. I emailed Mystery kits at 8.20 on 4/3/25 and it still isn’t sorted as of today! Replies to emails take forever, I actually think I’m talking to a computer. It has cost me so much money, the original payment, the cost to send it back, and the cost to resend it out. THIS DREADFUL COMPANY NEVER EVEN WAVERED THE RE DELIVERY COST as goodwill, as like I said it was a team of asked to avoid!! Please be aware of how bad this company is, I’d rate as a zero if I could. This is the first ever review I’ve written, as I’m a businesswoman myself, and do not like reviews. But Mystery Kits have had plenty of time to rectify this since 4th March, however here we are over 5 weeks later, and my niece is still upset she has no Birthday Present. All I can say is READ the bad reviews, as I’m not the only one!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Disgraceful and very unprofessional scam company. Avoid at all cost.. Ordered my son a mystery top for Christmas but had to return it for exchange.. Sophie at customer service agreed to exchange and told me what was needed. Sent the top back with proof of postage. Emailed them to keep them informed and silence. I've since emailed Sophie and customer services 5 times and i never get response. Very fraudulent behavior

Seems like I have fallen in to the same trap as others. Ordered a shirt for my nephew for his birthday in February. I ordered a size large. When receiving the shirt it was definitely not a large. Returned as per the email, paid the cost of return and was assured I would get a new invoice for the postage of a new shirt. All my emails are being ignored. Not only have I paid for a shirt that I don't have, I have paid to return this to them, so they can most likely sell on to someone else!!!!

Ordered 4 kits from them in Nov 24. Emailed several times - never received a response. Stay away from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m only giving it 1* as that’s the minimum requirement. I ordered a kit for my husbands birthday, size large which on receipt did not even remotely fit him. It was more like a size small. I contacted customer service who said I could return it for another kit. So I sent it back on the 8th February and I’ve had no communication from them! I’ve emailed on 3 occasions. I’m being ignored. So now I’m out of pocket and don’t even have the too small top anymore.
