Shocking, my second order after I complained the first one wasn’t right. 5kg of chicken was off and the steaks again full of fat. If you want lean meat don’t bother with these, go elsewhere where.
Just starting my second week, & I've already lost almost 4 pounds - the food is great, & the portions are perfectly adequate (I'm 17 stones, & like my food), even the pots are just fine as an evening meal. If this carries on like this, & no reason to think that it won't, I will definitely be back again, when I need to lose weight, after achieving my goal of getting down to around 15 stones this time around.

Have used this company many times before and always had an excellent experience with them. Great food as well can’t fault this company.
Meat all appears to be good quality although disappointed that the chicken thighs had been defrosted and it states on packaging not to refreeze the issue is there is only 3 days on the eat by date with that amount of thighs there will be a lot that will be inedible and therefore have to be binned
I’m so happy with muscle food as I’d realised that when I’d put my order through it had my old address on! I emailed them and they sent me a lovely email back to say they had changed my address for the new on and to enjoy my order.
Basically, I could have gone to my local Aldis and bought the same stuff for under half of what I paid for this!!! The sizes and quality were so bad! Definitely won’t be ordering from you guys again!!
Advert says quantity would feed a family of four.The portions are very small and nothing like the promotional pictures...very disappointed Won't use again!😞
Excellent selection of meats, reasonably priced. Chicken breasts are way larger than what you get from the supermarkets!
I was compensated with extra pork sausages because chicken must have been low in stock, so that was good. But, it took 3 days to arrive and the bag was warm.
Emailed them immediately after I ordered explaining that autofill changed the first line of our address and I needed it changing, updated it on the website and got a response from muscle food which was useless. They didn’t change the address!

Chicken breast are always top quality from Muscle foods. Great delivery times too.

DPD!!!!!!!!!! MY PARCEL WAS DAMAGED!!!!! The box was split on three sides and inner bag split and packaged was dripping meat juices!!!!! Now know that's not what you would have sent out.... and the meat stunk to high heaven prob due to the damage....... so although you were almost certainly not at fault I had to throw all chicken out ae that was the stink and what was leaking..... the heat would not have helped either... but heath did not destroy the box and inner plastic bag and chicken breast bag....... I have since complained to DPD who refused to discuss it and said I had to inform you....... to which I said their driver (SONNY) should refund my costs.... but they only say to contact you.... so they are passing the buck..... my sons delivery from you at same address but by different DPD driver arrived in pristine condition.......
