Great quality food at very competitive prices

The rating is going down on a regular basis due to being constantly asked for a review. My first review I explained that the packaging for steaks was punctured and the rest of the packaging in the box was covered in blood. I sent a photo of the aftermath and suggested it was like something out of a slaughter house and had to wash all the packaging before putting anything away. I was thanked for my review and received an apology for the issue. Almost in the same sentence, I was asked to photograph all the packaging to show what I was meaning,even after explaining that I had to wash everything before storing it. Did you think it'd keep everything in the blood covered packaging? Really? Now I have yet ANOTHER request for a review, do you think by constantly asking me, I'm going to give an improved review?

Easy and good value

Meat pack for £39.98 seems reasonable value although I haven’t tried any of the meat yet. Looks decent quality, lean meat without any fat. Disappointed when I received my “lucky dip” but overall was probably reasonable due to the cost of everything these days, just did t seem very much and won’t be ordering that again.

Bacon quite thin. Sausage ok. Mince meat fatty, enough to make 1 large burger from 1 pk. Not much chicken tikka bits. Not tried burgers or steak yet. A lot of ice 😂 very big box.

Got the £30 offer and the meat was absolutely disgusting. The steak was tough and the chicken was full of water. Bacon was edible. Overall the product was disappointing

Great quality and price

The price is excellent the choice is excellent the delivery is excellent what more can you say excellent.

Following checkout, I did not receive any confirmation of my order. In fact I received 2 further emails telling me incorrectly that I had left items in the basket. I had to contact support to get confirmation of the order, they did respond quite quickly. My order did arrive on time and the quality of the meat is great. My free gift was missing though.

Second order for us, came poorly packaged, with very little ice, and the box was too fragile to withstand the delivery process. Hopefully the actual meat will be as good as last time.

I’ve been really impressed with Muscle Food. The meat and meal prep options are high quality, well-packaged, and taste great. It’s made staying on track with my fitness and nutrition goals so much easier. The variety is excellent – from lean meats and high-protein snacks to full meal plans, there’s something for everyone. Delivery has always been smooth and reliable, and the customer service is helpful when needed. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for convenient, protein-packed options that don’t compromise on taste or quality.

Recipes are very easy to follow, always good portion sizes, unfortunately sometimes ingredients are missing

The original order was delayed with the courier, and was then officially cancelled by the courier. On contacting Musclefood, we were instantly apologised to and a replacement order organised. We have used Musclefood for years now, and this was the very first time we have had any issues, and with the way it was dealt with so quickly and professionally, it has just confirmed why we will continue to use this brilliant company. All that and I didn’t even get to mention the quality of the products they offer… well done musclefood.

I’ve been a regular customer of Muscle Food for a while, but this latest order will be my last. Four items were missing from my delivery, and when I contacted customer service, I was essentially called a liar. They insisted the items were sent, despite me only receiving one box. It’s now been since the 18th of July and I’m still waiting to hear whether I’ll get a refund or if the missing items will be sent. The lack of resolution and the way I’ve been treated is absolutely disgusting. A real shame, as I used to rate the service. Never again.

Great price, quality and fast delivery

Delivered quickly, but meat quality is suspect. Pork sausages are only 80% pork , bacon medallions are only 87% pork with added water and maltodextrin (sugar) bit disappointed. Other products look good, shame these let the selection down.

Delivery was fine received the meat open the bag for the meat and it was all bad and stank tyres contacting them numerous times and have not heard anything

My box was rejected due to error with my address. I contacted muscle food they were very helpful and I appreciated them sending another meat box out. The chicken fillets im always happy with.

This was my first order and I was really impressed. Excellent quality and all ready portioned up so able to go straight into the freezer. Will definitely use again.
