Very quick delivery

I bought the offer chick10 but when I ordered the discount wasn't applied, I contacted customer service and was told the offer had finished at 11 o'clock so I cancelled The offer was still live the day after on Facebook

Been using these guys on / off best part of 10 years and given them the benefit of the doubt on occasion but my most recent delivery was shocking. I don't know what quality standards are in place but the chicken I ordered was off by a mile. Had to bin it and at a loss. Absolutely shocking and I'm sure environmental health would have a field day.

Really happy with everything apart from the steak very chewy and fatty and not because of how I’ve cooked it but I’ve ordered again for second time so I’ll see if it’s ok this time

I have used this company many times in the past, speaking to their "Customer service" has made me lose complete faith in them as a company and I probably will be not using them again in the future. I was in hospital having major hip surgery and they took payment. I emailed Customer service to ask if they could please cancel my order and refund me as I'm bed bound, live alone and would be physically incapable of taking a delivery with any weight to it. Their response was a flat no as my order was already processed and could not be cancelled. It wasn't it was 28 hours later I recieved another email saying dpd were expecting a delivery from musclefood with an order for myself. So they took my money, ignored my concerns and a day later sent a package to DPD to send to me that I'm in no physical capability to recieve I tried to delay via the website but it didn't obviously go though as I was in hospital with barely any signal The last email I recieved was a dismissive " Hi Joshua, I am sorry to hear this. Prem" They were just happy to collect my money in the end

This is the 2nd time using muscle food. Food turned up on time and very well packaged plenty of ice bags to keep the food chilled. They offer some great deals although your better of registering with them so they send you the offers in your email. The food itself seems to be of good quality and really can't complain about anything I have received so far as its all been top notch. I normally package everything up and freeze it as I live by myself and I can do individual portions so it lasts me a while.

First time ever trying one of the ready prepared meal companies, I have to say the fit pot Chinese chicken curry is amazing, has a great taste and texture and nothing like supermarket options. Only slight downside is the portion size, I feel it could be a little bigger, and I would be prepared to pay more. I would still give 5 starts though because the overall quality was very good.

All good except the 2.5 kg of chicken breat are best before the 16th and it's the 14th today really not great value in that but everything else got a half decent date on

I bought 12L of egg whites so I could have enough for a month or so. Once I received the delivery, it turned out that the expiry date was 9 days later. Had I known all 12 bottles were expiring after 9 days I wouldn’t have bought so many. It says you can freeze but I always prefer my products fresh and not frozen Very disappointed with this delivery and won’t be ordering again

I order my chicken breasts from here all of the time. Value is great and the quality is excellent.

Have bought a few different items from Muscle Food over the last few months. Started with some of the high protein ready meals, which were absolutely delicious! Super quick and easy, really puts your mind at ease to know you're eating something good for you without having to cook it! The chocolate orange bars are also outstanding! I recently purchased a meat hamper and to say I am delighted is an understatement! Already had the meatballs which were so flavoursome. Have told everyone how amazing this meat hamper is! Great value for money as well so keep up the awesome work :)

Meat arrived still very chilled. Meat looks good quality, limited fat on beef products. So far we have eaten sausages, minced beef and burghers and all have been tasty.

You lot need to find a better delivery courier, i woke up to tell me my delivery was going to be delivered between 08.58-09.58, i woke up at 9.30 with a message to tell me its been delivered, left putside my main flat building door on the main road and the idiot delivery driver didnt even bother to ring my intercom which a NORMAL human being would of done, just left it for anyone to take that walked pass didnt even leave it in a safe place, lucky my car was blocking it from the view of the road or someone could of stole that driving pass. I doubt il ever use you lot again unless you find a better courier service because that was out of order, not happy

Quality meat at reasonable prices. Well packaged and able to put direct to freezer.
