Delivery is quick but just one gripe, you must have a new driver? As you've started to put parcels over my 6ft gate instead of putting them into my postbox just outside my gate which is on the ground , apart from that everything is good

Meat arrived warm. All of the cooler packs were completely defrosted. The meat smelt like it had gone off so all went straight in the bin.
Brought lucjy dip meat bundle for £9.99 claims to be £20 worth and got a pack of 4 sausage worth £3.50 and packet of bacon worth £3.99 on their site. Definitely not worth £20 advertised.
The order and food was amazing but the box was left on the path in very hot weather! Not ideal considering the contents even with the cooler bags.
Very pleased with my delivery had the meat for a month hamper and it's filled half my freezer very pleased as haven't brought any meat for a few months
Even tho our delivery dident turn up this time the team at muscle food have restored our faith in there fantastic meat products by sending out a knew parsele quickly as a mistake had happend! Were great at communication and resolving the issue always good meat
I usually shop at local shops and Tesco but shopping was getting more and more expensive while the quality wasn’t great . Stumbled across muscle food by accident on YouTube gave it a try and been getting butcher meat there ever since . Food arrives cold and fresh and on the day it supposed to. Excellent 👌
I was happy with the service &9/10 for chicken. I was not happy when the chicken started to arrive in bags rather than the plastic trays, the trays were very handy for holding chicken while bagging up, and less messy. For medical reasons I should not eat red meat, so bombardment of adverts for same was annoying.
Disappointing First and Last Order – Poor Quality and Minimal Refund I won’t be ordering from Muscle Food again. This was my first order, and it was a let-down from the start. I received chicken that was still two days within the use-by date but had a strong, foul smell and was completely inedible. On top of that, two packs of burgers (also within date) were grey, oxidised, and looked visibly off. I contacted customer service and was only offered a £15 voucher at first — despite saying I wouldn’t be ordering again. After pushing back, I received just a £7 refund, which doesn’t feel like adequate compensation for the poor quality of food I received. Really disappointed by the quality and customer care. First and last time using this company.

First order arrived today, unable to refreeze the chicken thighs due to them being frozen previously so decided to batch cook them for meal prep. Have bulk ordered meat from other companies previously and am aware vacuum sealed meat can smell a bit funky at first but this chicken is off. It's smells awful. Feels a little unfair to rate so low as I've only opened the thighs but I'm very wary about the quality and condition of the rest of it now.. spent a lot of money on this order. Very disappointing and such a waste.

Awful, I will not be using this company again. My order was due over a week ago now and I’ve contacted numerous times but still have not had my issue resolved as no one seems to want to help. I just keep getting automated replies.
The chicken is generally good, burger and mince decent, I’ve had issues with the steak, had a few issues with delivery too, customer service has been good resolving the problems if but a little slow.
I received my order and some items were missing, I notified you and only got a response after the second time, I was then sent a list of the items I ordered I have now marked the missing items but still haven't had a response, very poor customer service
