It was easy to use no problems and a great value

Delivered to the wrong address so had to wait another week for another delivery date. Second delivery was sent to another wrong address and I had to go looking for it. Terrible customer services and only contactable by email. Once I found the package and was able to taste the meat I’d say the chicken breasts are very tasty but the steaks are not so good and have tasted better from the supermarket. Won’t be purchasing again as who knows where the next delivery may end up.

The box the food was delivered in wasn’t sealed and therefore open to contamination or theft Please explain why it wasn’t sealed Also the open box was not handed to me and was left in bright sunlight on my doorstep

If you are thinking of buying steaks, please don't. I done a bulk order and 90% of them have been extremely gricely. Seriously, you may as well chew on a leather boot. Some of the steaks were that tough, I ended up spitting it out and chucking the rest in the bin. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering steaks from here... Out of all the steaks. I've probably had 2, maybe 3 good ones.

Chicken was not in as good condition as previous, rubbery texture and had to be binned. Rest of the food was good as usual.

Very quick efficient service as allways

Ordered 5kg of chicken breast and a lucky dip bag. Had to cut some bits off of the chicken, however, it was cleaner than shop bought chicken breast. Delivery was prompt and goods arrived chilled.

Easy to find products, all prices and weights clear. Good prices and top quality products. Always delivered on time too.

I need to start by saying that the beef & pork products in my monthly subscription box were really good, the chicken though was awful and 5kg ended up in the bin. it was rancid and slimy well before its use by date. I froze some on the delivery day - on defrosting, this was also rancid - the label stated both ‘do not refreeze’ and ‘suitable for home freezing’ (I missed the first statement …) Customer Service was not helpful; refunding a portion of the chicken but not interested in all at the fact that it was inedible and the packaging said two different things. Cancelled my monthly subscription and will not be using this company again. After many years of buying meat from here, all very positively, I can only assume there is a change of supplier and/or production methods.
