I placed my order on a Monday and booked my delivery for the following Saturday. I was very disappointed as had to contact muscle food to see where my order was. I got an email back saying it was not going to be delivered until the Monday due to stock issues. If they would have had the courtesy to contact or even apologising then I would have given full stars. Placing such a large order and still having to go out and buy meats for our for guests is not ideal

Always good quality always on time. I can't fault it and use you all the time. Highly recommend.

As always easy to order. Delivery within a couple of days. And the quality of the food is next to none.

Normally very happy with orders, but this latest order came with very small chicken breasts, not very 'premium'.

I've been shopping with musclefood for a few years now, never had many problems and any I did have were sorted really quickly, they often have some really good deals, ideal for filling the freezer.

Quiet easy to use site although had to search a bit. Reasonably priced will defiantly use again.

A friend ordered the sirloin steaks sold by Muscle food from Uruguay recently for me. They looked ok but were awful. Tough and grisly and inedible which was a pity. All ten thrown away. Muscle food asked for photos of the steaks to check batch numbers and use by date TWICE and only offered £15 credit towards the next order instead of the refund of £24 then offered to replace the steaks! Poor customer service to be polite To date one week later she still hasn’t been offered a refund and she offered to return the remaining 8 steaks as they had been frozen. I doubt she will order anything else from them again. I do not recommend Three times she has contacted them and now they ignore her. So much for reaching out to them. Just don’t bother

Really disappointed in the service from Muscle food now. My husband and I used to use them all the time but gradually as time went on the service and quality just got worse. Decided to give them another try and so far it’s not been a great experience. After paying for a specific delivery date I was told that the order will be delayed. Now have to budget for another weeks worth of food last minute. All that was offered for this inconvenience is a £10 discount code - feels like a bit of a slap in the face and really shows that they don’t prioritise customer service at all.

Left out half our order. Flagged this immediately following delivery and 2 weeks later received the items after apparently not confirming that we still wanted them in order to secure a delivery slot. Cost us 2 weeks of additional food that we hadn't budgeted for. All that was offered was a 10% off voucher which we still haven't received a month later. For the price and hassle you might as well go to the supermarket.

Placed an order and paid with Apple Pay that auto filled an old address. Sent them a message straight away and several more of the following few days. Once they finally replayed they said it was too late so would send the order out again. When they did they typed the postcode wrong so again the delivery didn’t happen. When I finally got a reply from them again they said oh sorry we can send it out again or give a refund. This was 2 weeks after the original order. Very unhelpful and won’t be using them again.

Always excellent service and great food.

I used Musclefood when they first launched and the quality was amazing, well trimmed and high quality chicken breasts, thick sausages and decent sized pork and bacon medallions. It slowly went downhill, stringy chicken needing trimmed and full of water and tiny portions of the rest. I thought I'd give them another try and I won't be making that mistake again. Quality is average and the price makes it rubbish, the reasons for my stopping still evident. You can get better for cheaper in any supermarket, save your money!
