My first time of ordering

My first time of ordering, it will also be my last. Sorry guys but bitterly disappointed. The chicken boneless thighs stated on pack that they had already been frozen so not to refreeze. I was unaware of this when ordering. Anyway went to use them straight away but the smell when opening the packet was awful, we were afraid to use them, so we binned it. Tonight we tried the sirloin steaks. Whilst they looked good they were tough as old boots. Mine went into the dog bowl. My husband attempted to eat his but said what a waste of money and told me not to order again. The order only arrived Monday and today is Wednesday so haven’t tried anything else yet. Hi again,I’m just updating my review after trying more of the meat. Chicken Breasts were very good, the beef burgers were the best “shop bought” burgers I have ever tasted, and the rump steak was good too. Maybe I was just unlucky with sirloins and chicken thighs, and was more unlucky that they were the first two things to eat.Everything else seems fine.

Food just delivered

Food just delivered . It was delivered at the end of the couriers run and therefore had been in a hot van all day. All the ice packs were defrosted and luke warm . There was blood running out the box and the meat was at at least 15 Degrees as it is the hottest day of the year so far,27 Degrees. You cannot send food out uninsulated in this weather. Let's hope customer service is better than the packaging. Food safety says no more than 5 Degrees for meat delivery. If they cannot do this then stop selling meat this way and try another venture. Getting sued for poisoning a customer costs a lot more than a bit of thought and insulation. Your response below regarding customer service is a joke. You have been contacted a number of times but as of today, still no refund and no email accepting you made a mistake. Before buying from this company, try and find a phone number to contact them on. There isn't one. Why would a company hide behind an internet wall if they really wanted to offer good customer service. Stop answering my reviews and start refunding me my money..

Well the chicken was less fatty than my last order.What they should improve on is making sure fatty,bruised and chicken breast with bones in isn't sent out to customers

Horrific customer service

UPDATE 02/05/25 The reply provided by musclefood does not align to the treatment I have been given this week, will not be using this company again. Agents are only offering a partial refund or replacement of the items that bled all over the other items, despite the full order being unsafe for consumption. Responses are still 24+ hours at a time and issue unresolved , dreadful treatment and does not align to indicated reply of support and resolution. Horrific customer service Food arrived in damaged packaging box Chicken breast & chicken thighs leaked juices / liquid all over the other items in the hamper. Steak and Lamb leaked blood through holes in the packaging. I've had now at least 4 emails from customer support asking me the same questions, bearing in mind at least 20 images have been shared between the tickets and email conversations of the issue. No attempt to refund or replace order at all, I have been offered a £20 discount for a future order but no resolution to this current order in the slightest and I cannot make use of any of these items. Unsafe for storage let alone consumption, foul stench from how items arrived. Have never had an issue this bad with this company before but the sheer lack of customer service and support is outstanding, I have paid for an order I cannot make use of. Constant refusal to remedy this.

More than half of my order was missing

More than half of my order was missing. I spent weeks going back and forth. I've been fobbed off repeatedly. Still no resolution. Stressful and won't be buying from them again.

Missing house number on my order

Missing house number on my order, updated it on the delivery website. Less then 24 hours said my items were perished even though the website claims the food is fine up to 48 hour delays. Customer service won’t refund and extremely rude. Phone number on website does not work
