So far out of my box I have no complaints. Sausages and bacon medallions are really tasty and the fiery chicken.

Edit: After a month since contacting support, I have received a full refund for my order and a detailed explanation around the website error. I had to send a screenshot of the discount being applied correctly on the website for them to acknowledge that I was missing a discount on my order. I accept the outcome, but it took a lot of time and effort to get through to customer service in the first place. Original post: I ordered a £75 hamper on the website. However after I had checked out, I realised that I was charged full price for the items, which totalled £83.82. So I contacted support to tell them that the hamper discount was not applied correctly and I have been overcharged. I've exchanged emails back and forth with support to explain my issue and I've been in contact with Kyle, Jessica and Bethany. I have received screenshots of their back-end system showing that I have been charged full price for the items, yet all the support responses are saying that I have been charged correctly. None of them have responded when I asked for a detailed breakdown of how the total price was calculated - all they keep saying is that the system is correct. I have a clear screenshot on my order purchase history on the website that shows I have been charged full price. I think this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced - nobody has even bothered to look into my issue at all. Really disappointing.

I put my order in but got the wrong delivery date . after a couple of e-mails it's all sorted no probs thanks

Despite explaining to this so called good food company nothing resolved. They showed a pic of delivery left at door to my address, and when i arrived home despite asking to be delivered to neighbour never was and on arrival to home no parcel. Trying to call me a liar, asked to be delivered to neighbour, no did not. They instead have a delivery takes pic and gone, escuse me did he the delivery driver take or a chancer no one around parcel on doorstep and take. ? Will never know. But all i know is money has come.from.my account no parcel. Then.asked to review, my answer if i had parcel to eat you can have a review. Then asked.to.contact to sort issue out so i can give a review, and still no parcel and a 2 bob pic delivery sent to say delivered Unbelievable companies employ staff to agree with delivery.company. Where has the customernis always right gone too. Wouldnt reccomend this pile of.rubbish to anyone i know, not even a enemy. Mark

Great meat and fast delivery

Foods nice, does what it says on the tin. Black bean probably can be discontinued now, doesn't taste very nice, but overall nutrition and portion sizes are good
