I placed my order approx 2 weeks ago and my order has still hasn't arived. Not a great start! I recieved an email to let me know they had received my order but no further emails to say it is on its way. Communication is very poor.

Fantastic service.

The pictures are very deceiving. When the box arrives you don't think everything is there as its so small but the sizes of the meat are very small not really big enough for a meal of a grown adult. The steak cuts were not lean both had about 15% gristle. Also delivery is a min of 5 days which is much longer than other companies. I'm afraid I won't be ordering again...

Looking forward to my 1st order arrive full with bags of warm water thek packageing was wet not a good feeling so binned the lot don't know how long this been on the road or in the box

Not worth it

First time using Muscle foods and the order has bee delayed so cannot update on quality of fresh meat as delayed and tracking has been removed. Maybe send via DPD not a good option (driver had 80 drops and went round me 3 times). Update, the box was damaged and the bag had been opened. I have sent an email plus photo evidence to your cuatomer service (no reply) and asked the dpd driver to take photo. Sorry will not be using again.

I have recently come back to musclefood - used to order from them and rated the quality . Recently reordered and received the steak hamper - quite poor quality. Packaging had burst and everything was covered in blood - had to throw some away when it arrived . Small sized steaks and low quality cuts Ribeyes were inedible - pure gristle and fat. Disappointed

Such good value for money. Quality is really good and there are often deals you can add on too. This time, as well as my usual hamper, I was able to buy 1kg on steak 5% mince for a £1! Highly recommended

I was really disappointed with the quality of the products I received. The chicken had an unpleasant smell and, to my surprise, was sourced from Romania something I wasn’t made aware of at the time of purchase. The sausages were also very poor quality; I couldn’t tell what was actually ground into them, and the texture was not what I expected from a premium meat supplier. I had a serious issue with the chicken (which I won’t go into detail about here), and while customer service did refund me for it, the experience was enough to put me off ordering again.

Genuinely good food with an efficient delivery service. I’ve been using muscle food for almost a year now and they’ve never missed a delivery and the quality of the meat is always great. With the variety they have, from sausages to steaks and more, you’ll never get bored. With the intro of a loyalty system, you gain points every time you spend, the perks of shopping with muscle food get better every time. The prices are very competitive for the quality, usually cheaper than big food chains. Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely rubbish 10 meals free with a meat bundle i bet there was only 30 pound worth of meat it was a rip off the bundle cost me 80 pound I definitely won’t be ordering again bye

When meat arrived the chicken thighs had gone off and the smell was awful. All the other meats were ok.

I usually have 5 star rating but my apple and pork jumbo sausages were missing so I down graded to 4.

Minute staeks were horrid, full of sinew, fatty and not minute steaks ,when there just crappy off cut chunks. Had to refund at least 8 peoples food cause it was chewy and grissly, poor poor quality.
