The service and delivery always top notch. However, this time around, I was rather disappointed with the pork tenderloin quality. Clearly a bad cut. Bought two portions (400g each) I only got about 500g of lean pork. The rest was all fat and silver skin. I also thought the beef mince seemed to contain more fat and silver than I was expecting for extra lean so I will likely slow cook that. Unfortunate order but can't be helped. Thanks

Service gets worse everytime. Discount codes not working, meat with less than 3 days life on it. Not honouring deals. Poor response time to emails.

quick delivery and the steaks look nice. Packaging could be a better as there is a lot of juices that have leaked into the main bag. Also, the mystery box was disappointing. I ordered x2 mystery boxes and it seems they are both the same items in each "box". was hoping for a bit more variety and for each mystery box to have different things in.

Box was left at the back gate brocken and the bag was exposed to animals, weather....the driver did not rang the gate bell or the main door. Just left the broken box at the gate.

It’s reasonable value for the hamper box , tried out the mystery box (£9.99) supposedly to be worth bit over £20. Received a packet of Sirloin steaks worth £8 , a packet of jumbo sausages worth £3.5 and a packet of bacon medallions worth £3.50, doesn’t add up to be supposedly over £20. It’s tad on the expensive side to be honest with the whole hamper and surprise box experience. I have also added a packet of 2.5 kg of chicken breast and it is quite dear as well
