Awaiting delivery but ordering etc was no problem would certainly recommend and use again

Very disappointed with the quality of the meat, especially the steaks. I understand that at the price, it wouldn't be great quality. But as a chef and knowing how to cook properly, I was very disappointed. Definitely would not recommend. Meat is very chewy and bland.

I am a carnivore. Meat fish and eggs only for me as I have serious allergies 🤧 I feel most of the food has been ok for me so far.

Excellent meat, the steaks were delicious. Everything came well chilled and was of super quality.

I got a email saying my order would be late by 1 day. But it hasn’t arrived and I’ve had no update.

Easy to navigate the site, and find offers

I was looking to get some healthy high protein ready meals in for a couple of weeks and came across MuscleFood which had an offer on for 5 free Prepped Pots when you bought 10. Whilst I was on the site there was also a good deal on 10x sirloin steaks. The steaks are quite tough and some had a weird crusty film on the meat inside the packaging. The prepped pots are great for a quick easy meal but they’re all a bit basic, just weird texture plain bits of chicken and rice. In my box I got some free Italian Style Sausages which were great! Very well seasoned and juicy.

Excellent collection, dispatched as promised and my mistake speedily rectified by a very helpful assistant.

Promised it would be here yesterday then got message saying there was some sort of problem and it would be today. I’m having to redo my holiday plans as was meant to be leaving at 10 am today. Going to my daughters for a week, that’s the first day ruined it’s 12.26 and just called them, utterly disgusted!!!! Telling me now that it’s 2 pm before I getta time slot. Musclefood are next between them both they’ve ruined mine my daughters and my granddaughters holiday. This might make them see sense.

I'm disgusted that I spent just under £200, threw away over 2/3s of the food as it was disgusting and had gone off and was offered a £30 money off voucher, like I'm ever going to shop with you again after this and that was the compensation, May as well of slapped me in the face with the manky food!!

Ordered 20 kilo of chicken breast, only 15 turned up, into the bargain it never came delivered in a refrigerated van and was the last delivery of the day. The ice packs were melted and the whole order was warm. I have sent 3 emails to muscle food and the email address given does not exist, however it was forwarded to another address, 2 days past and not one reply. This was my first order and will be my last.......

All of the meat was packed well, plenty of ice to keep everything cool. The meat was delivered on time. The bacon and sausages were very tasty, can't wait to try the rest of the met. Especially the fish selection.

When I made a mistake regarding the delivery address I received a professional helpful response and fast also I couldn't be more pleased

Absolutely great, have been sent messages on updates of my order to delivery. Also the chicken is fantastic, just purchased 10 packs of chicken in a piri piri sauce, taste great will buy again
