The chicken doesn’t seem as good quality as it used to be. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

The food is beautiful the price is amazing I've never had any issues using the site or ordering the order comes well boxed and packed I have recommended the site to many of my friends and family

Been trying to contact for 2 months now, they were in contact until I told them the issue and provided full proof, I last emailed on the 08/05/25 and still no email, don’t order from this shit company with shit customer service £100 down the drain because they can’t even fulfil your order properly and send you rotten chicken

Always been good. One time I couldn't find my free chocolate protein bar and was proper gutted. But then I found it days later underneath the cold packs in the bottom of the box outside as I was putting the recycling out, that was a good day.

i can understand why they don't push users to make a review after purchase, the steaks are delivered from frozen it seems and their not fresh orderd the 10x200g steak, probably 1 of the chewest steaks going also once cooked their not 200g but more like 90-110g to really poor quality meat normally i get the steak when on offer from musclefood and each time ive regretted it iprobably eat steak 1-3 times a day so i get through my fair share and cook it all the exact same and only ever from musclefood is it chewy extremely dissapointed or im very unlucky, Chicken however is always good and not got much or any blood/gibbetts on

Pretty good value but check the packaging for what can and can’t be frozen. There was quite a bit that could not be frozen too much for 2 people to eat in a week. However, we opened the chicken thighs and the smell was rancid, had to chuck these. Was offered £25 discount of next order but won’t be ordering again so refunded the cost of these £6.19.

Been using Musclefoods for some time now and have usually been very impressed, however on this particular order, the quality of the Chicken I received was not good. Was like the chicken breasts had been in a fight, there was so many dark blood spots throughout my whole 2kg packet of chicken breaststroke. Really disappointing as this is the reason I went Musclefoods in the first place and am hopeful this is the only time that this happens or I will have to look for another supplier.
