Would be very careful ordering the lunch meals - I hadn’t realised but these pots were the reason I was bloated, had a bad stomach and gassy. The chicken is so rubbery and low quality I strongly advise buying something else
Had a massive price hike which now means I have cancelled my subscription and now I get my meat from local source
On arrival some of the meat was almost out of date. I froze the chicken breast and defrosted them yesterday. Today Ive cut the bag open and the meat absolutely stinks. Im quite sure the meat is months old. Its gone in the bin.

Easy to purchase and a very good delivery company
Easy to navigate website, parcel arrived exactly as notified and meat always tasty. We have been using Muscle Food for a couple of years as the chicken especially that you buy from supermarkets is full of water, this is not the case with Muscle Food chicken, and the steaks are really tasty too.
Really helpful customer service and very friendly. Sorted out my issue straight away. This is one of the reasons I go with Muscle Food rather then Thier competitors.

I ordered the ‘New year healthy savings hamper’ with the offer of get 2 extra for 1p. Everything came as it should, a great amount of food. After portioned out I have meat for well over a month for £70 inc delivery (I’m very happy with this price). The two things I wanted to mention is that 1) some of the items contained extra additives, which made them fall under the ‘Ultra Processed’ category - something I am trying to avoid (I know, personal preference) and 2) not all of the meats came from British farms, my chicken thighs were from Poland, and something else, maybe the sausages, came from the Netherlands. If I was to order again (it’s likely I will if the food lasts me as long as I hope) I would like to see Muscle food try and do more to source their meats from WITHIN the UK.
I never received all of the order in the offer they advertised, they sad if I was too buy 1 hamper of meat I would receive an extra 3 hampers totally free. I only received ONE hamper and it never actually looked like the hamper they were advertising
Easy to order and always deliver on time. Meat hampers have great variety for the family to try different things.
