I received my monthly meat parcel, and I must say, I was really impressed with the selection. I began portioning everything into freezer bags and everything was great—except for the chicken thighs. Unfortunately, they are quite mushy and have an unusually strong, unpleasant odor.
Aside from this issue, I am very pleased with the rest of the order. If this can be resolved with either a replacement or a partial refund, I would be happy to continue using the service in the future.
Sadly I can't contact them directly as my emails to there customer service department just ping back and the telephone line is dead.
