I have previously enjoyed excellent experiences with this establishment and would ordinarily award five stars. However, on this occasion, I have encountered an issue with the delivery, which appears to be the responsibility of DPD. As a result, I have not received my order. I have contacted customer support and provided evidence that DPD did not deliver the parcel. Given that the item is perishable, DPD has confirmed they will not attempt delivery. Regrettably, I have yet to receive a response from customer service. While it has only been 24 hours, I did reach out earlier to report the non-delivery and to enquire about the next steps, particularly as the order concerns food. I have also asked whether I would be eligible for a refund or a credit note, as I am not seeking a replacement at this time—especially as I am concerned it may simply be the same undelivered package resent. As of now, I have not received a reply. I will allow until the close of business today for a response before escalating the matter with PayPal, providing all relevant evidence. Update. I had to escalate the situation through PayPal. Only then did I receive a response, but because I went through PayPal, I was not refunded the delivery charge and did not receive a genuine apology from Muscle Foods. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer care and the fact that they kept the delivery fee for a service that was never provided. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning whether to order again, as customer service seems to be lacking when problems occur. Furthermore, as of 21st June there was no response to this review either, how many people are losing money to this company?

It was a good amount of food for a fairly decent price, and some was pretty good quality (although very fatty chicken thighs). The packaging on delivery was below par, one of the steak packs split and leaked blood over everything so we had to wash and dry every packet before we actually stocked the fridge and freezer. Was pretty disappointed with that.

Always buy my meat from muscle food have done for last 2 years its the best meat ever wont buy from anywhere else great meat great value

Easy ordering and process system. Used Muscle food quite a bit and always had great service. Would recommend.

Got to be honest I was a bit worried that the meats might turn up ruined, but these guys know what's up and how to deliver all this yummy meat. It comes with big blocks of ice in package and I'm well confident about ordering from muscle food again. Thank you. See ya next month❤️💯❤️

Great products, easy to choose, fantastic offers

Tried 4 meals for now. Butter chicken is bitter - unsure why. Probably too much spice. The others are alright so far. Also when it was delivered the packaging was a bit wet so maybe the meals started to unfreeze...

And again muscle food have provided me with the best steak and chicken breasts that money can buy.

Hello so when I Opened all the chicken from my order the smell was absolutely disgusting and had definitely gone off so I have had to throw it all away it all stunk and was uneatable

I definitely wasn’t expecting such a small amount of meet i won’t be able to cook for the hole family except the chicken i don’t think anything else is worth to buy mini everything sorry but i think i totally waist my money never again and delivery was well just put a box by my door and walking a way i had to stop him and asked him is that my delivery? Its definitely nothing as advertised i feel like my buy one get one free was really delivered and i have a very little parcel no thank you can you stop email me im going to go to Tesco now to buy meet again 2 tiny little burgers and 2 very tiny little steak definitely not for family

Disappointed with my order . 8 sirloin steaks only TWO were 200g the rest were between 160g/170g 😡. One of my pork tenderloin was mainly fat , about a third of the original weight😡 seriously disappointing stuff from Muscle Food. My order was £100+ ! Obviously will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fast delivery. Great prices and product. One item missing and when I contacted got a response and refund within couple of days. Happy customer
