Delivered on time well packed and chilled

Ordered a hamper which DPD had to bin as it was late on delivery so contacted musclefood who sent another order out but had to wait a week. So had to spend more money to get meat in for the week I had bought the original hamper for. Then when it arrived half of the order was missing so have yet again had to go out and buy more. Contact muscle food about this and have been ignored and had zero resolve. Really wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you want to be left out of pocket and stressed out by the customer service

Significant price increase which is hard to understand, quality remains the same. need to look at other couriers as food left at the front door without attempting to alert the house owner really isn't acceptable.

not delivered it appears that the box was damaged. DPD appears to have cancelled the order we did not see the actual damaged box.

I bought 6 egg white cartons and they were well packaged with 6 ice packs,ordered and received very quickly

Good amount of quality meat. All well packaged. Meat looked very fresh. Looking forward to making great meals with this. Well worth the money.

What was delivered to my door for nearly £90 was a disgrace the chicken stank the steaks arnt even worth calling a steak and to say you get free bundles is a joke

Meat box is always excellent value. Lovely tasty meat too. Have ordered a bigger box this time with protein bars as my freebie was delicious ❤️❤️

Package came covered in meat blood, sent email and picture to customer services, replied asking which items had been damaged and to sent a picture (already sent). I responded I couldn’t tell as every item was covered. No repsone, unresolved.

I have used you many times and overall experience has been very good however the chicken thighs and breasts that came with my hamper today didn’t not smell right and I’ve had to throw it away.

I first messaged requesting to cancel my order around mid day early afternoon latest. I didn’t hear back until the next day, telling me what day it was due to arrive, totally ignoring my request. I then replied to this email to cancel my order again and no reply, later on this evening I then receive a message saying it is due to arrive tomorrow I then asked to cancel it again. I would like to cancel my order then i get a notification saying some courier has received it. I appreciate you may be busy, we all are, but I can’t be certain I can get anyone to be in and have had to travel due to unforeseen circumstances. I have requested it to be cancelled yesterday. It’s coming tomorrow so well within the 48hours I’m told it keeps for. It shouldn’t have even been sent out.

Chicken was off and inedible. Juice leaked onto the rest of the food and made it smell so bad.
