Great service all round
Delivery on time but was a little disappointed at how small the cuts are. Will be trying the top side beef this Sunday and will see how that tastes before deciding if I will order again.
Box was completely opened and clearly bashed about. Items missing. Sent two messages to their contact us section but no reply.
My order was lost and Musclefood were fantastic!! They provided a replacement FOC with extra chicken thrown in
To be honest was disappointed this time ,seemed much smaller than before from you even with the extra gifts .
I've made several purchases. Can Choose delivery day. Super TOP QUALITY MEAT. Put it in the freezer. Can make so many meals, from breakfasts, chicken roast, fajitas. Endless options. Recommended to family & friends.
I’ve had a few orders from muscle food always great quality - I don’t know what the quality of the latest parcel was as never received it. Immediately after ordering on Friday 13th June I requested to cancel my order as had realized my Apple Pay had selected my previous address for delivery. I contacted through email and messenger to make sure my request was received - I got an email reply Saturday asking for the order details which I supplied and explained I needed to cancel so that I could order to the correct address (delivery was scheduled for Wednesday) I received no reply and so chased a response on Monday on both messenger and email - no reply to either. On Tuesday I received a despatch notification and again contacted musclefood on email stating this order couldn’t be delivered to my previous address as we’ve had numerous items stolen by the new tenants - received a reply Wednesday to say they couldn’t fo anything as already despatched. Absolutely appalling customer service, I requested dpd deliver to a trusted neighbour but unfortunately the delivery proof I received showed it was left outside my old address - my trusted neighbour knocked and the current tenant denied all knowledge of the parcel - despite my best efforts and quick response to my error musclefood put in zero effort to help and now I’ve spent £35 and received nothing - disappointing to say the least.
Very poor experience, 1st delivery and all items received had very poor use by dates. Contacted customer service and they didn't care, replied to my 1st email basically saying tough then never replied to any other emails. Would definitely not recommend buying from this company
What a waste of money! Spent £84 and 80% of the food has had to thrown away! All of the chicken contents is rotten, pungent eggs smell and extremely slimy even through the sauce. Steaks were so tough and grittly I thought I was going chock on them and as for my husbands stomach, we'll thats in pieces still being flushed away. No response from customer services and order wasn't even delivered to the right house or note left so had to go hunting these soiled goods. Would not recommend sadly
I ordered a total of 84 sausages, 10 burgers and 3kg of chicken thighs. The sausages and burgers were all fine but all 3kg of chicken thighs had gone bad, arrived warm and smelt sour. I emailed them and after spending £26 on the chicken they offered me £10 discount on my next order that is over £30. I love the meats they have and prices are great but was really let down after this
Avoid avoid avoid! Ordered a hamper, took my money fine, a few days before it was due to be delivered I requested it to be cancelled as i had to travel due to a bereavement. I told them before it had even been sent out! I know this because dpd notified me, they do not communicate well, I was ignored the first day, the second day I had a reply from me requesting to cancel, totally ignored me and told me the delivery date was due 2-3 days later. I then again said no I don’t want it not be honest? They don’t seem to want to refund me, sending me ridiculous, irrelevant questions. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but they have had a week already to deal with this and have chosen to be difficult. I will be taking legal action out of principle. They need to do better! Stop trying to blame myself and take some accountability! The inconvenience and continuation of this is just so unnecessary! Oh and they first tried telling me some rubbish about how they have a 72 hour policy it was too late to cancel. Well there storage by their own admission only last 48 and I cancelled three days before so if it was sent out before….. I’m exhausted by it all, the bully tactics the irrelevant questions, like did I tell them a safe place…hello I cancelled! Absolutely insulting or just plain ignorant. They said they was really busy so must have a hoard of complaints it’s not surprising. Get some more staff! Dreadful!
