I usually never have an issue but WOW today I do. One of my musclefood boxes (we had two) was opened, bag opened inside and every meat package warm, foul gone off smell and this was costing me £80+. I have emailed and hoping / praying I get emailed back soon. All this food is ruined and not edible.

Have tasted the bars before and think they are the best out there. Unfortunately 5 days later I’m still waiting for delivery. Probably not your fault. Who have you used for this delivery?

Utter rubbish. No idea why these influencers are jumping on the ready meal bandwagon it’s pathetic. Tasteless rubbish for people addicted to social media, using TikTokers to promote their lazy narrative convincing people they don’t have time to cook. If you don’t have time to cook you’re doing something wrong. I’d give it a zero put the one will have to do.
Overall smell meats upon were opening was disappointing, not sure if it has something to do with the heat-sealing process. Had to discard some as it didn’t feel safe to eat. Won’t be buying from them ever again..

Very poor customer service and meat quality. The steaks are inedible and when I complained they kept saying they needed evidence of damaged packaging despite me making it clear the meat was tough and inedible not damaged. I spent £120 on meat and this did not seem to matter. The Italian sausages were odd and soapy tasting. Too much fennel. Steak burgers also ended up in the bin. The medallion bacon was poor and so thin it ripped apart trying to get out of packet. All in all I've had much better quality, customer service, taste and value in Aldi.

Muscle food is normally incredible we order every month one of the 100 hampers and until today it's always been perfect. Although I don't put the fault of today's order down to muscle food but more likely DPD, unfortunately today the package arrived and seemed rather warm upon opening all the packs had fully melted and no ice was left in them. As I work in the food industry I was able to quickly tempature probe most of the items and luckily everything except the top two steaks were still in the safe range, I belive this box was likely kept near some sort of heating element by dpd as we've never had any issues like this before. Still everything else was perfect and it won't affect my future use of Musclefood unless it becomes a regular issue.
Ordered to the wrong address although my default address was correct noticed it immediately. Contacted customer service who got back to me a day later and asked for the correct address. That was the last I heard from customer service. They then proceeded to deliver to the wrong address, and now customer support team refuse to get back to me and there is no contact number that works. So now I don’t have my order nor can I get my refund
Muscle food made up order and send it to me before that they charged me with crazy amount, more worse they don't respond to email or other contact methods what a bastards.
WOW - don't waste your money, 1st & last time i'll order from these, customer service is shocking from these, only way of contact is by email - no response, live chat - no one online to chat to so leave a message, no response, facebook messenger - again no response, no telephone number so can't cancel orders, items missing from orders, it's a shambles.
