First order just received and found it all to be very messy as there was blood over the entire content and everything very wet from transportation with ice packs. Meat was still lovely and chilled though! Having cleaned it up I needed to bag everything ready for the freezer - glad I purchased a box of these too. I also ordered a mystery box which came as steaks , jumbo sausages and regular sausages. Look forward to trying the chicken breasts which were a very good size, 11 in each pack.

Your food is always good however, the delivery from DPD spoils it as the parcel was delivered to the wrong place,left in the rain and left for anything to happen to it! I asked for the safe place to be the front porch which is under cover.Instead it was left outside the back door in the rain. Also, we were in but there was NO knock on the door and and no doorbell was rung. This makes me question if I could risk another delivery of food from your company!
Arrived on the date they notified me it would, arrived at the exact time. Plenty of good meat to last me a while plus barbecue goodies.
I used to be a customer many years ago and was always impressed by the meat that came from here. Particularly the chicken breasts. Always plenty of meat and not pumped full of water. Sadly, i’m no longer impressed. Just had my delivery of chicken breasts and they appear to be half the size they once were and definitely pumped full of water. I am now separating them 2 to a bag instead of 1 and the amount of water left in the original bag they were packed in is insane. Definitely not value for money anymore unfortunately. Delivery remained as before, well packaged and delivered on time.
My first order the date I had fir delivery didn’t come till 3 days later was waiting all day for it then send email after email to see were my food was that was 4 weeks ago still no reply
Always delivered on time and always great quality, I did try a different supplier for my last meat order, but they couldn’t match the quality of muscle food.
Chicken is always big and lean, never have to cut anything off it, will always recommend!

Started keto at the weekend. My mate recommended this company. Put two rib eye steaks in frying pan and cooked medium. I couldn't bite right through it, chewing was impossible, it was like rubber. Thus I binned them and tried two more, sadly these were so rubbery too!

I placed an order with Muscle Food on 20th July. The delivery took four days, which is far too long for fresh food and even worse, it never actually arrived. I first reported the issue on 24th July, and didn’t even receive a response for another four days. Since then, the customer service has been appalling, long gaps between responses, no resolution and no urgency at all. It’s now 6th August, 17 days later, and I still haven’t received my food or a refund. I’ve chased multiple times, checked with reception, searched with my neighbours, and even asked in our residents' group chat. The parcel is nowhere to be found after being left in the busy landing of a communal space. In the meantime, I’ve had to fork out for a new food shop with money I didn’t have, just to feed my family. I’m now £100 out of pocket because of this order. I honestly cannot believe how bad this experience has been. I feel completely ignored and mistreated, it genuinely feels like a scam. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor in my life. I just want my money back. If I don’t hear anything soon, I’ll be filing a chargeback request through my bank.
For the last2-3yrs I have ordered from musclefood. Always good quality just wish the breakfast hamper comes back and fisher my daughter
