Monkey Nutrition emailed to say there was a delay in their supply of the protein blend I had ordered, so they offered me a more expensive protein blend at no extra cost. I'm a regular user of monkey nutrition and I always find their delivery service excellent and their website easy to navigate.

No sugars, No fat, just rapidly absorbable protein and amino acids. Whether or not it produces "HUGE GAINS" is down to the user but the product is straight as an arrow and tastes fine particularly in the knowledge that it's all goodness. Monkey delivered quickly, no complaints.

only been having this protein for a week, so can't really say anything on improvement or growth, but taste wise its nice, i prefer it as it doesn't have sugars like other protein powders on the market, plus there is only 1g of carbohydrates per serving, great for me as im cutting not bulking. great product bit on the expensive side but if you want pure as it gets then this is it
