I have been running for about a year now and went from 24 stone to 16.5 stone. I was on diet PHD which was okay for what I needed. I started at 16.5 on Monday 20/04/2015 now it's 25/04/2015 and I'm weighing in at 15.6 stone I'm on the fat burning stack and seeing results already. However I do work hard run 15 miles in 3 days coupled with weights work outs after these runs, I also play football 2 times a week which helps a lot. I'm looking forward to dropping below 15 stone for the first time in about 10 years and I'm going to do that with the help of monkey nutrition. Thank you so much

I am a vegetarian and have found making gains difficult. I have used Primal 26 for two months. It's total quality - different class to other protein shakes I have tried from other companies. I use Primal 26, X-Blend, Assimilate, GRO & Therma Rip (basically the Burn & Build Bundle) & have seen some impressive results (far better than with any other companies products). The fact that Monkey makes the best tasting protein shakes is a bonus!

Goods were ordered easily, delivered quickly and well packaged. The protein powder seems excellent and tastes as good as any other. Fish oil , CLA and Therma-Rip all meet my needs - time will tell if they are effective or not. Highly recommended.

I bought a couple of supplements and the Primal26 was the best one that I bought. I was looking for a great tasting protein shake (having tried a couple that tasted horrible!) and this seemed to be the best. It mixes well, tastes good and isn't full of sugar and other horrors. I can't vouch for the results yet as I've only started using it, but so far so good - well done!
