Beware: they do not process return requests
I bought two back massagers. They turned out just to vibrate. I requested a return. I received an email on 9th December saying they would get in touch. But one month later they have not. Further to your response: Please check your records and email me your communication giving an approval to return the goods. I never received this. Since posting the original review I received an apologetic email on 6th January - nearly one month after my return request, but no link.
